The first thing I noticed is the entry area is run down, man. Pealing exterior paint, spider webs over taking areas, grass from others' properties overgrowing, funky sewer smell.AC was not in operation & didn't get comfortable till about 1 am. When notified, the property mgr was super quick & kind, he was newly hired to this place & said the AC filter was extrmly dirty but couldn't replace it w/all the stores just having closed. The interior entry door & frame is coated w/grime from a lengthy use without being wiped down.The poor paint job is actually quite entertaining. I think either a 10yearold or someone in a huge hurry did the painting of the baby blue color. It is so extremely terribly done: paint drips, huge missing section where the main floor ceiling & stairway intersect, gaps along baseboards & stairs.I needed to do my daily yoga & decided to Lysol wipe the floor where I was to lay the mat. It was the was the first thing I did as I arrived, so in theory, the floor should've been clean, right? We all pay cleaning fees, & clean laminate wood floors should be clean, but I was shocked at how bad & dark my wipes quickly became. There's no way mopping between guests is routine.Im really not a chronic complainer; I didn't even ask for a discount due to no AC. I typically just don't leave reviews if they are bad but I'm tired of VRBOs being places where someone thinks they can do a sloppy reno, spend500@TJMax & call it good. This is happening everywhere now.
