Beläget i staden Old Forge, ett kvarter från Rt. 28. Vi har en privat brygga på Middle Branch of Moose River, runt hörnet från Tickners kanot- och kajakuthyrning, där du kan hyra vid veckan, binda dig till din egen brygga och njuta av floden när du vill.

Vårt kök är fullt utrustat - även med de flesta små apparater (kaffebryggare, brödrost, ugn, etc.) samt en gasspis och ugn, kylskåp och frys i full storlek, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Det finns gott om skåputrymme med diskar, grytor och kokkärl, redskap och allt annat köksutrustning.

Stort vardagsrum med vedspis och 42 "plattskärms Hi-deph kabel-TV.

Reglage till stort däck med gasgrill och picknickbord.

What a perfect Adirondack place! This is a super cute chalet, decorated in forest themes throughout, and many original, beautiful framed pieces of art (which I think were done by the host). This place is easily accessible. Your own linens are required which adds to the packing. This was a girls weekend and we fully enjoyed our surroundings. Strongly recommend this place. We will return.

What a wonderful cabin. On the water and walkable to town. Seeing all of Claire’s artwork was great. We had a great time. The house is filled with amenities. Tons of pots, pans, dishes. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Such a cute and cozy place. We have stayed at Sci Sci one other time and were excited to go back and celebrate our son’s birthday in Old Forge. Convenient location to town. We loved looking at Claire’s new paintings and how adorable it was decorated for the holiday season.

Wonderful Week in Old Forge

My family and I loved our stay at the Chalet! The location was a perfect mix of seclusion on the Moose River and convenience of being walking distance to all of the hot spots in Old Forge! The Chalet is a well built and maintained camp. I loved the outdoor areas where we enjoyed nature and the beautiful Moose River. I would definitely do it again.

New Year Get Away

The cabin was very cozy, and perfectly decorated for the Christmas season. The owner of the cabin, Claire Sci and her husband were very accommodating. I highly recommend this cabin.

Such a cozy cabin.

The weekend was just amazing. Can't wait to go to the cabin in the summer to enjoy the river. The cabin has easy access to the trail system and close to town so you can either walk to the stores or drive.

Great experience at Old Forge cabin

The property was better than expected. Well stocked with supplies. Great view of the river. We even had a family of deer visit us daily. I would highly recommend renting this property .

relaxing weekend

Cabin is beautiful. location was surprisingly quiet considering its relative close location to town. Only complaint i had with the stay is the beds are extremely hard and need to be updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this location again.

Great family vacation!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Sci Sci Chalet! Very comfortable with all the amenities we needed to keep 4 adults and one pre-teen happy. Location was amazing and we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something close to all of the action, but still quiet, quaint and with the Adirondack feel. We even had a family of deer that visited daily!
