Great location by the marina. Balcony outlook was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. We have stayed at various apartments in the area and this was very much up there with the best. The only reason I didn't award five stars is that the apartment is getting ready for a bit of a facelift. The bathroom and flooring are looking a bit tired. The mats scattered around the apartment need replacing. The bedside lamps are tatty and didn't work.

Boa localização, casa limpa e asseada com boas areas. A varanda estava limpa e bem equipada para tomar refeições ou simplesmente relaxar nas espreguiçadeiras. O lugar da garagem é bastante conveniente mas depende da sorte do vizinho do lado pois os lugares não são adequados a SUVs e se calhar alguem com carro grande ao lado somos forçados a estacionar torto e fazer manobras para entrar no lugar reservado. A cozinha está bem equipada. O unico inconveniente é não haver AC no quarto (embora tenha uma ventoinha) porque a casa aquece muito durante o dia.As paredes também não isolam bem o ruído o que se nota bem quando se apanha maus vizinhos (algo comum em alojamentos locais, neste edificio há pelo menos 3 AL). No geral foi das melhores experiências de AL que tive nesta zona e repetiria.

Super condo

J’ai quelques plaintes cependant: pour un séjour de 5 jours pour 2 personnes la quantité de papier de toilettes étaient insuffisantes. Avons dû en acheter ainsi que des papiers essuie-tout pour la cuisine.La porte patron ne barrait pas. Après avoir contacté José, j’ai dû dormir 2 nuits avec une porte patio impossible à barrer ( nous avons barrée les volets). Cette situation est inacceptable

Second trip to the Algarve

We had a great 2 weeks at your marina apartment. It was clean and well appointed. Parking was great and within easy access to beach and old town. We did not require to con tact our hosts as everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Superb Long weekend

Jo the property manager was super helpful throughout the stay. Always reacted in no second to any of our questions. The apartment is close to the city, but we did use our car almost always to got to the city center (30mins by car 15mins walking) For a couple really spacious fully equipped apartment.

Super Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment und haben Remote von dort gearbeitet. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief alles einwandfrei. Wir haben die Lage (in der Nähe zum Zentrum aber dennoch ruhig) genossen, zu Fuß ist man von hier schnell überall. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Extra Punkte für den sehr großen Balkon, der bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat!

Saubere Wohnung an der Marina

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat ausreichend Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll neu eingerichtet. Wir hatten speziell mit Benutzung des Sofabettes gebucht. Dieses hat nur eine sehr dünne Matratze auf dem Metallgestell und nur dünne Decken. Der schlechte Schlaf hat uns den Aufenthalt leider nicht so genießen lassen wie erhofft.

Absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful, spacious apartment. Check in and out were simple and communication with our hosts was excellent.We loved the location of the apartment, close to the marina with lots of restaurants etc. It was also a nice walk along the water to the old town and beach. The water pressure was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We loved Lagos and hope to return one day! I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to my friends and family. It is excellent!

Good for couple who like walking

Overall our stay was good. A few things for others to be aware of. This apartment is in the back section of the Marina so while it is a 6 minute walk to the train station it is 20 minutes to the old town and bus depot. The apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean. Only soap and couple rolls of toilet paper provided. Need to purchase laundry detergent, coffee, etc. We arrived by train and walked in heavy rain to the apartment; struggled to find it because cannot enter address into maps and the name of apartment block is higher on wall than rest of complex. However the entrance has an easy landmark - the tall brick tower across the road.

Great location in the Marina

We were very happy with our stay at this condo overall. Self check-in was easy and clear. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to Pingo grocery store, and 10 minutes to old town, train station and the beach/ boardwalk. Bed was very comfortable, apartment was clean and kitchen well stocked . Washer worked great. Unfortunately we could hear neighbours voices throughout our stay and there was some construction going on in one of the other apartments. The living room sliding doors do not lock, and the bedroom really needs to have blackout curtains because of the marina lights. The larger sofa sags and a bit worn. A few nice things to have would’ve been a couple of umbrellas, & a colander for the kitchen

My Best Visit to the Algrave

I have stayed in this region many times over the years, in order to work at the nearby race track (I am part of a TV crew). This apartment and host provided, by far, the very best experience I have had since first starting to visit the area. Exceptional service, precise and courteous communications, very comfortable accommodation and all aspects were of the highest quality. Very highly recommended and I have already booked for my next event!

Exceptionnel !

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, c'est très près de la Marina et il n'y a pas de côte à monter ni pour se rendre à celle-ci ni pour aller faire l'épicerie au Pingo Doce qui est à 5 minutes de marche. L'entretien des lieu est supérieur à ce que nous nous attendions, l'équipe de nettoyage passe à tous les 7 jours pour remplacer serviettes et draps(A1). Merci à July qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

Bel appartement

Très bel appartement cependant ne comptez pas être 4 personnes car le matelas du canapé convertible fait moins de 10 cm d’épaisseur ! Les fenêtres du salon ont du mal à se fermer et il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine tel qu’un saladier, une essoreuse à salade ou encore une passoire. Cependant nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour et l’appartement est idéalement situé.

Très belles vacances apartment très grand (petit soucis avec l’eau chaude la chaudière ne chauffer plus et difficile de comprendre le Englais si moi je parle Français et portugais avec la propriétaire) J’avais un numéro de téléphone portugais et personne parle cette langue. Je pense qu’il faut une personne qui répond aux numéro portugais où qui parle plusieurs langues. Garage dans sub sol génial. Il faut penser à mettre plus de ustensiles dans la cuisine. Apartment très sécurisé.

12 Nights in Lagos

Sehr großzügige und saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage und perfekt für 12 Tage, da es auch sehr ruhig war. Wer abschalten möchte und in 20 Gehminuten Trubel braucht, ist hier genau richtig.
