- Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Checkout: By 10:00 AM
Early check-ins or late checkouts must be approved by the host, and additional fees may apply.

- Max Occupancy: 12 guests. Exceeding the limit may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Parking: 4 vehicles maximum. Park only in designated areas. No parking on the street. Illegally parked cars may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.


- Pets: Allowed (Pet fee: $25/day per pet). Please be sure to clean up after your pet, inside as well as outdoors
- Trash: All trash must be taken to Clean Bear Sites:

- No commercial photography
- No smoking
- Fireworks/Open Fires: Not permitted at any time.
- BBQ: Use the propane grill only. Charcoal or lighter fluid is prohibited.
- Propane Refills: Refill at the local DIY store if needed.

- Music: No amplified music beyond the property line at any time. - Quiet Hours: To respect our full-time neighbors, please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

As per Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you’ll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’re also required to verify your identification. This process is done electronically, but you also have the option to visit our check-in office if preferred.
