Decent-tight quarters-very clean

Decent, clean, very small. Great communication with owner. Great communication VRBO. Would have been perfect if we were backpackers with very little luggage.

Great location and super cute place in Key West!

The property is really cute and is in a fantastic location, walk to all of downtown but far enough out for quiet at night. Less than a 10min walk to Buoy and public beach. Rooms are quite small but each has kitchenette and full bath. Property itself is well maintained and the pool is small but cute and a nice place for an afternoon cocktail. The laundry facility is a huge bonus!! Manager had good communication and check in and out was easy, highly recommend, just dont bring too much luggage!very small.

Small but perfect

Loved the 2 bedroom plan with privacy door and 2 entrances. The location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. We quickly discovered the included bikes were the best way to navigate the area. Definitely would stay again if in area.

The adjoining rooms were perfect for two couples. Know they are SMALL, but we didn't come to KW to sit in the room! Had a little hiccup with the electronic door lock but quick communication with the host and got it figured out. Our only complaint was that 2 of the bikes were complete junk; rusted chains and sprockets which were barely rideable and unsafe; couldn't secure the seats and handlebars from moving; it really hampered our intention on riding around the island on our last day so that was a bummer. Other than that, the room was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs.

Overnight Stay

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The owner was very easy to contact and was very helpful in answering our questions. We took the overnight ferry from Ft. Myer to Key West staying overnight to enjoy the day. The pool was refreshing after a long day. The room was as it appears in the pictures and we enjoyed the décor.

Family vacation

We loved the location and look and comfort of the rental. Everything was clean and ready. The only downside for us were the bikes. They were inoperable so don't expect to use them.

Key West Half Racecation

We had a wonderful trip. This property is about two streets from the action but far enough for quiet relaxation. We only used the rooms to sleep and shower so it was perfect for us. The bicycles were awesome. We rode them everywhere. May need to pump up the tires but that wasn't hard to find. We had what we needed.

Our stay

Our stay was great! Just a few disappointment, was excited to use the bikes but 2 of the 4 had flat tires. Fridge in one room smelled really bad and it stormed and water came in from the door jam . Host was responsive to issues and they didn’t in any way deter us, the area is convenient and we will be back. Laundry on site and pool was a huge bonus.

Convenient Location

The property is a renovated historic building that houses several small one and two room rental units. This one has two bedrooms and two baths, two kitchenettes, and is equipped with coffee makers, microwave ovens and medium-sized refrigerators. The bathrooms have an open shower, toilet, and small sink. The rental was well-stocked with toiletries, glassware, and basic kitchen utensils. The rooms are quite small but available space is utilized well. Location is well within walking or cycling distance to most attractions in the town of Key West.

Fun time in KW

This property serves our purpose, that being clean, and comfortable. I an partially handicapped and it was a bit tight mannuvering my scooter, but doable. The rooms were equipped with any thing we needed for the week but small. I would recommend it to people with physical issues, not necessarily to senior citizens like us. Tonya was most helpful with answering questions And quick response time. Thank you

Overpriced for what you receive

The owner was very friendly with clear check in instructions. This property had pros and cons. The pros were that it was walking distance to sites in town and had a pool. The building itself was the nicest on the block. The cons were that it was on a street that was rundown with government housing. One room has no window. I would suggest lamps instead of only fan light, label light switches, and new linens. Overall I would rate it a 3.
