Please respect our neighbours by observing quiet hours from 9:30pm to 7am.

-As you arrive, follow the map to find the designated spot and kindly ensure that entrances and pathways remain unobstructed.

#4 The Piano
-We kindly ask that you handle the piano with care to maintain its pristine condition.
-Any damages incurred during your stay will lead to a repair or replacement charge.

Our fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.Please clean up any dishes, utensils, and cooking surfaces after use.
#6 Rubbish Disposal
-Please ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in the bins inside the property.
-Excess rubbish left inside or outside the property may lead to an excess cleaning or rubbish removal charge.
#7 Smoking:
Please refrain from smoking inside the house. A penalty will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
#8 Pets
-While we adore our furry friends, we kindly ask that you keep them in our cozy pet house during the night.
-Please be aware that a fee will be assessed for any damages caused by pets during your stay.

Our picturesque vineyard is home to diverse wildlife, including insects and snakes. We ask that you exercise caution and remain mindful of their
presence to prevent any incidents.
#10 Reservoir Safety
Please exercise caution when walking near the reservoir, as falling into the water can present significant risks.
#11 Sustainable Water Practices
The house is equipped with rainwater harvesting systems, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly water supply for all your needs. While our water is perfectly safe for general use, we suggest using the provided drinking water for the best taste experience.
