Om boendet

Vår stuga är en gammal stil två sovrum väderbräda med en klassisk täckt land stil balkong på östra och norra sidan och med ett nyrenoverat badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum / matsal att slappna av och titta på TV eller koppla av efter en hektisk dag med att besöka den lokala attraktioner. Platsen är fantastisk väsen minuter till Hunter Valley Gardens, Hope Estate, Roche och Bimbadgen och alldeles intill den vackra italienska restaurangen Il Cacciatore; mycket centralt och nära om du deltar i en av de många konserter i Pokolbin. Det handlar om en fem minuters bilresa från Vintage Golf Resort & Spa och är omgiven av vingårdar, restauranger, kaféer och alla de attraktioner som har gjort Hunter Valley vinregion en favorit för besökare från hela världen.
Vi erbjuder en mycket privat, avkopplande plats, en bekväm helt fristående stuga men rätt i hjärtat av åtgärden.
Stugan är det enda uthyrningsbolaget på vår egendom och delar området nära McDonalds Road med vårt nybyggda konstgalleri.

Fabulous cottage and location

My sister and I came to play golf and for the wineries but absolutely loved this cottage. The location is brilliantly central to the best the Hunter Valley has to offer. Ron made the check in process and our stay very easy and we appreciate all the little extra touches. Thanks so much.

Wonderful getaway

Amasing property and hosts! The communication was smooth, property super clean, comfortable, homey and perfectly located within a short distance to all the local attractions and wineries. All the necessities for a great short-term stay were provided as well as some complementary goodies which were a lovely surprise. Visiting the Watershed Art gallery is a must and right next door. Thank you, Lyn and Ron for your hospitality and for making our stay at your cottage a perfect 10/10! :)

Wonderful stay and lovely hosts!

Our stay at this delightful cottage was nothing short of perfect. The cost, beautifully maintained home offered all the comforts we needed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The true gem, however, was the stunning art museum tucked away at the back!The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated we only wish we had more time to explore! Cheers

Incredible location & host

We had a great time at Ron’s property. The location is so convenient, it’s just a short Uber to get around! Ron was super accommodating and flexible with check in, which made a huge difference for us. The property is beautiful, we sat on the deck in the morning and watched the hot air balloons fly! We would definitely stay again.

Cute cottage in the heart of Hunter Valley

The cottage was cute, clean and comfortable on beautiful grounds surrounded by birds and wildlife. The location was close to vineyards, restaurants, cafes etc. The host had kindly left a few warm welcome essentials including a bottle of wine which was such a nice gesture. We had a great stay, thank you Ron!

Fabulous Private Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Cottage. It is so comfortable and has everything one could want. Comfortable bedrooms, big kitchen so well equipped and plenty of space in the living and dining areas. The location was perfect being in the centre of all the action in Pokolbin. Ron was the perfect host and always responded to our requests.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at this cute and cozy cottage in the Hunter Valley was the perfect weekend escape. It had everything we needed to kick back and feel right at home, with a really laid-back atmosphere. Ron and Lyn were fantastic hosts, and they even stocked the fridge with some welcome treats—such a thoughtful touch! Whether you want to completely unwind or check out all that the Hunter Valley has to offer, this place is the perfect mix. It’s peaceful, charming, and ideally located.

Great getaway location

Just loved our accommodation, loved sitting on the veranda listening to the birds and even saw some kangaroos. Winery across the road we could walk to but otherwise most are a drive / taxi ride away.

We enjoyed 23 wonderful years raising our children, living and working in Collaroy in Sydney but we both felt that the time had come for a change of pace.
Art, wine and the Australian countryside combine in a wonderful way in Pokolbin and we have combined all three with the pleasure of providing accomodation on our 30 acre property in the heart of the vineyards.
Watershed Gallery is adjacent to the cottage and will provide an additional interest for guests visiting the region.
We want to provide an interesting experience for visitors and we are excited to be seeing our vision come to fruition.
