Step inside to discover an elegant interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite countertops and modern stainless appliances. On the ground floor, you'll find parking for up to four vehicles, along with a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and two additional twin beds, although this bedroom requires access to one of the upstairs bathrooms.

The second floor serves as the main living level, offering stunning Gulf views and access to a screened deck with both dining and relaxing areas. Exterior stairs lead down to the ground level for added convenience. The spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances is complemented by a pantry, ensuring ample storage for all your culinary needs. This floor also includes a half bath and a street-side queen room with an ensuite bath.

On the third floor, laundry facilities are conveniently located for guest use. The street-side queen bedroom, which includes an additional twin bed, features an ensuite bath. Two Gulf-front king rooms, each with ensuite baths, provide direct access to the Gulf-front deck, allowing guests to wake up to the soothing sound of the waves. The primary Gulf-front king bedroom also includes an additional twin bed and a luxurious primary bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, a step-in shower, and a separate water closet.

Accommodating up to 14 guests, "Coasting on Catamaran" offers two king beds, two queen beds, and six twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.
