Welcome to Muuyal 304, managed by Nasplaya. This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom private condominium in the Quadra Alea complex offers you a unique stay for your vacation in the Riviera Maya.
The master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and a private bathroom with two sinks, shower, a tub, and a large closet. The second room offers a Queen bed with balcony, closet and bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, bathroom, closet and a balcony.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric stove and everything you need to cook comfortably and a dining room for 6 people. The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable armchairs and access to a private balcony. Additionally, it has a laundry area equipped with a washing machine on one side of the kitchen. It also has a high-speed internet network throughout the condominium.
The Quadra Alea complex has 2 private pools, its own gym, a parking space and an elevator to improve your comfort.
- Please note that during spring the beaches may have sargassum due to climate change.
MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit -
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
