In the heart of Waikiki, the unit is just 1 block from Waikiki Beach, Kapiolani Park, and Honolulu Zoo. Walk Score 95, easy access to nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops.

*The buildings 6th floor rec deck is under construction through summer 2026. You will not have access to the pool, hot tub, playground, or grills. Please note that the unit is on the 28th floor and faces the opposite side of the building from the construction, so noise will not be an issue while in the unit.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

Your Waikiki Condo is ideally located just steps from the iconic Waikiki Beach, offering easy access to golden sands, vibrant dining options, and trendy shops. The neighborhood buzzes with entertainment and cultural experiences, making it the perfect base to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in Honolulu.
Upon booking, you will receive my digital guidebook with local recommendations and insider tips.
The easiest way to get around and see the island is by rental car. Alternatively, you can use the bus system, uber/lift, or day trip tours around the island.
For staying in Waikiki, it is very walkable. The Biki bike rentals are also an easy way to get around Waikiki.
Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit, not part of the buildings hotel system. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but I am not on site 24/7.
House Rules:
-No smoking in the property or on the lanai
-No pets are allowed on the premises
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Please leave the parking pass and garage key on the kitchen table when you check out. A fine of $250 will be passed on to the guest for a lost parking pass or garage key.
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.
