This neighborhood is centrally located in Bloomington. If you are traveling with children, there are multiple parks in the area. If youâre here to visit Indiana University, youâre just a short 10 minute drive away. We love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is!

The inside of the home is newly renovated with high-end finishes. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with cook and bakeware, dishes, spices and more. The backyard/patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Bloomington weather, with a gas fire pit, gas grill and outdoor dining. Yard games are the perfect addition to keep everyone entertained!
