it was a wonderful stay. I would suggest maybe thinking about having the pool be shared, but that is it.

Owner was very easy to contact and worked with us on our check out needs. I would encourage people to check out his properties purely because it was just easy.

Was perfect size and set up for two adults and 5 children. Close enough, yet all had our own space. Outdoor fire pit and games in open garage were amazing. We plan to be return guests for future trip to Hershey Park.

We appreciated the spotless cleanliness of the home and the host’s quick, friendly communication. It's worth noting that another residence on the property shares the driveway and outdoor area, so it may not suit those seeking complete privacy. The home itself is cozy and minimalist, though the decor and living room furniture are a bit outdated. Since there were no dressers, living out of our suitcases was a bit tough. Additionally, the kitchen is missing some standard items (such as bowls and casserole dishes), so packing extra kitchen supplies is recommended."

Overall, we had a great stay! It was super close to Hershey (we were there for a concert), was on a quiet residential street and had all the amenities we were looking for in our weekend away. There were a few spots of dust/bugs that had collected but nothing that would deter from staying here again and the overall general care of the home :)

For being a remodeled mobile home it was nice they did have some ants and critters under it at night . The shared parking was ridiculous because the guest at the main house had four cars and we had to park beside the garage because they took all the other spots plus .

Great location, minutes from Hershey park. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room had a large TV for all to view and each bedroom had a tv if anyone chose to use it. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

:)

I enjoyed this house! Very spacious and so much to do around the area! My only complaint is you have to bring your own propane tank for the fire pit.

Mice in the house

Mobile home looked as described in the pictures. We were happy until we found 2 dead mice in a glue trap under a couch in the living room. 1 was dead for awhile, already decomposing. 2nd mouse was maybe dead a day or so, still flimbsy. Then found 2 christmas lights on the deck railing, that the glass was broken and filamensts exposed. If someone touched them they would get a shock. Contacted the owner, said he'll call the exterminator, and look at the lights after we left. Not even an appolgy for what was found.

Our stay

There is one driveway for two houses. We got there after the other house so we ended up having to park in the grass because the other house brought two cars and there was no room to park without blocking them in. When we got into the house my jaw dropped! The house was beautiful the outside doesn’t compare. We looked everywhere for the travel crib and couldn’t find it. I messaged the owner and no reply. There is a pool there but we couldn’t use it as listed but it’s literally parallel to the house. We were confused on why the other house could use the pool and we couldn’t when it’s all right there. There was no instructions on the way to leave the house when we left like strip the bed or anything like that. I would have liked some instructions.

Communication and response time with the host was outstanding! This is a cute 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom trailer. Even though we stayed during 100 degree temperatures unit AC struggled to keep up with the excessive heat. Host made every accommodation to ensure our comfort.

We stayed here to be close to Hershey Park. It was literally a 5 minute drive. Place was well stocked and communication was great. There were only 3 of us but could easily have 6 with the 3 bedrooms. Was also nice to have a washer/dryer so we could do laundry before leaving.
