Cozy Waterfront Condo - Pool & Hot Tub!

ALERT: From approximately 8/1/2025 - 8/1/2027 this building will be undergoing construction that may impact amenities and experience. From 3/1/2026 - 8/1/2026 the condo's balcony will be closed and from 9/1/2025 - 4/1/2026 our pool will be closed. We will have access to a neighboring pool during this time. Impacts may include pool, hot tub, dock, balcony, walkways and constructions noise. Dates are subject to change with no notice. The city of Indian Shores will be replenishing the beach tentative December 2025, there may be potential impacts to the beach such as temporary staging of equipment.

There may be impacts to the pool, hot tub, balcony, parking and stairwells. There may be a possibility for heightened noise during daytime hours beginning at 8 AM.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We generally cannot accommodate early check or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 reserved space and 1 guest space first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's or commercial vehicles on the premise
