Nyrenoverad, utrustad med smarta TV-apparater i alla rum och gratis höghastighetsinternet, har denna svit 2 sovrum med 2 queen size-sÀngar, ett badrum med badkar / dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök, försedd med tillbehör, den hÀr sviten har ocksÄ en privat stor tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. En stor balkong ger direkt utsikt eller Mexikanska golfen och har utsikt över poolen och badtunnan. Shell-sviten har en utvÀndig trappa som ger direkt tillgÄng till poolomrÄdet, som leder direkt till stranden genom badtunnan.
Riklig parkering pÄ plats, inklusive en garageplats. Ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn den bÀsta restaurangen i staden, Salt Rock Grill. Steg frÄn Indian Shores Coffee Shop och den fantastiska dykkstÄngen Mahuffer s, det finns ocksÄ en söndagsmarknad under sÀsongen, tvÀrs över gatan vid rÄdhuset. Town Hall erbjuder ocksÄ gratis tennisbanor, barnens park pÄ vattnet och ett bibliotek, alla bokstavligen tvÀrs över gatan!
Och bara pĂ„ en personlig anteckning Ă€r jag stolt över att erbjuda en hyra som rengör vĂ€gen utöver vĂ„r tĂ€vling. Jag lĂ€rde mig sĂ€ngklĂ€der Ă€r bara mandat att tvĂ€ttas tvĂ„ gĂ„nger om Ă„ret. Everything clean, working, comfortable. Amazing beach views and beach access! We enjoyed the pool and lounging in the sun! The only thing I would have enjoyed more was if the hot tub was hot. The water in the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. I highly recommend this property - and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!

Third time at this condo and it remains our favorite! Beautiful location with low crowds from surrounding condos leaving the beach uncrowded. Beautiful pool/spa area with ample seating. Amazing views and sunsets from the covered balcony.

Very nice

We had an amazing time here. There were some issues, the pool and hot tub timer were messed up every day, the beds were wore out and help like you were sliding toward the middle. Our friends next doors ac quit working. You can tell they have been updating and we were completely understand of it. We had an awesome vacation here. Contacted the property manager several times to book for next year but we never get any replies.

Great Little Place

Very clean, the condo was roomy but the building was small—perfect, because I absolutely do not want to stay in a large high rise on the beach. Just three units, and the condos beside it are also small (and some not in use right now due to hurricane recovery), so it made for few people on this part of the beach. Perfect for my family. Beautiful space on the inside and out!

Cute location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom and daughter. The condo was very clean and smelled nice. We love the lounging area around the pool. It was all decorated so cute. We were in the shell suite with stairs leading right up to the room, which we loved. The closeness of the beach and pool was great. The owners were very hospitable and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great vacation

This place was was place was a perfect location-literally steps away from the beach. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Prior reviews noted a broken balcony rail, but this must have been repaired before our arrival as that was not an issue for us. There was a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub never got warm. It was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Annual girls trip.

My mom, sister and I came back this year for our annual girls trip. We love the location! Views are breathtaking and access to great restaurants super close. Dockside Dave’s is a fave. We will be back!

Perfect Location

This property was just what we were looking for. Everything from the beds to the pool was perfect. The proximity to the ocean was the best. Highly recommended!

The place itself was excellent! Very clean and well kept. The only 2 things I would say would be, please update the instructions for check in. The instructions stated things about garage doors that were no longer in place and the location of the lock boxes was very confusing. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Also, there was construction going on just outside the property on the beach. The beautiful views of the beach were blocked by large construction equipment and orange construction fences. I would have liked to know this before I booked the reservation.

Overall Great Getaway

The property was in a perfect location, conveniently located on the strip with trolley ride access and a sweet local coffee shop right across the street! The beach was amazing, (not to busy). However, it could use a few minor things.

Perfect retreat

Clean, quiet, beautiful location . Walking distance to cafe and restaurant and trolley service. We look forward to returning next year. Not a fan of hostess fees with Vrbo.

We love this area of Indian Shores. Steps from our favorite coffee shop, across the street from where we go for date night, and there's even a waterfront playground for our kids! So when the opportunity presented itself, we decided buy, renovate and open this boutique building to vacationers like you, to enjoy the area, like we do!
