Välkommen till Shell Suite! Nyrenoverad, utrustad med smarta TV-apparater i alla rum och gratis höghastighetsinternet, har denna svit 2 sovrum med 2 queen size-sängar, ett badrum med badkar / dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök, försedd med tillbehör, den här sviten har också en privat stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En stor balkong ger direkt utsikt eller Mexikanska golfen och har utsikt över poolen och badtunnan. Shell-sviten har en utvändig trappa som ger direkt tillgång till poolområdet, som leder direkt till stranden genom badtunnan.
Riklig parkering på plats, inklusive en garageplats. Ligger tvärs över gatan från den bästa restaurangen i staden, Salt Rock Grill. Steg från Indian Shores Coffee Shop och den fantastiska dykkstången Mahuffer s, det finns också en söndagsmarknad under säsongen, tvärs över gatan vid rådhuset. Town Hall erbjuder också gratis tennisbanor, barnens park på vattnet och ett bibliotek, alla bokstavligen tvärs över gatan!
Och bara på en personlig anteckning är jag stolt över att erbjuda en hyra som rengör vägen utöver vår tävling. Jag lärde mig sängkläder är bara mandat att tvättas två gånger om året. Föll du bara ur din stol? Det största jag har hört någonsin. Vi tvättar våra varje gång. VARJE GÅNG. Ja. Varsågod. Så snuggla upp med förtroende, mina vänner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!

Third time at this condo and it remains our favorite! Beautiful location with low crowds from surrounding condos leaving the beach uncrowded. Beautiful pool/spa area with ample seating. Amazing views and sunsets from the covered balcony.

Great Little Place

Very clean, the condo was roomy but the building was small—perfect, because I absolutely do not want to stay in a large high rise on the beach. Just three units, and the condos beside it are also small (and some not in use right now due to hurricane recovery), so it made for few people on this part of the beach. Perfect for my family. Beautiful space on the inside and out!

Cute location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom and daughter. The condo was very clean and smelled nice. We love the lounging area around the pool. It was all decorated so cute. We were in the shell suite with stairs leading right up to the room, which we loved. The closeness of the beach and pool was great. The owners were very hospitable and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great vacation

This place was was place was a perfect location-literally steps away from the beach. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Prior reviews noted a broken balcony rail, but this must have been repaired before our arrival as that was not an issue for us. There was a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub never got warm. It was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Our vacation spot!

Annual girls trip.

My mom, sister and I came back this year for our annual girls trip. We love the location! Views are breathtaking and access to great restaurants super close. Dockside Dave’s is a fave. We will be back!

The Shell Suite is a fabulous condo right on the beach. Seriously, we could walk out the back door, down the steps, a few steps past the pool and right on to the sandy beach. The location is perfect for a family to enjoy a beach vacation at a beautiful beach. The beach itself is just 20 minutes south of the famous Clearwater beach and just as nice with none of the crowd. And the sunsets are incredible.

Overall Great Getaway

The property was in a perfect location, conveniently located on the strip with trolley ride access and a sweet local coffee shop right across the street! The beach was amazing, (not to busy). However, it could use a few minor things.

Perfect retreat

Clean, quiet, beautiful location . Walking distance to cafe and restaurant and trolley service. We look forward to returning next year. Not a fan of hostess fees with Vrbo.

Great location!

Best thing about this place is the location! We stayed Easter weekend and the beaches weren’t overcrowded like they were just a few miles down at Clearwater. The condo itself is in need of some tlc. The handle on the door didn’t latch and was loose. Not having any tools, my husband used a butter knife to try to tighten back up and we used the deadbolt to keep it closed which isn’t necessarily a problem unless you’re making multiple trips in and out. The duvet cover was still wet when we got there but at least we knew it was washed. Lol The shower curtain needs to be replaced… It was yellow and nasty on the inside. More washcloths would have been nice too. Walls and baseboards could use a freshly coat of paint… you could see where they did touch ups all over the wall.but it makes it look like there’s stuff all over the walls.

Fantastic Property

We really enjoyed the nice clean place and the pool was spectacular! We were steps from the beach and had a blast! The only complaint was that the garage door did not work to park inside and there was limited exterior parking.

Our condo was a perfect location and very well suited for my husband and myself and our dog. It is very difficult to find a condo on the ocean with a pool and hot tub that is right on the beach. Location was perfect.

Garage parking area is very tight. Information on site tells you to close garage doors; there are none. Limited parking. Stairwell to units needs serious cleaning. Condo needs TLC. Doors were off on closets and stuck in closets. Laundry was shared between all units. Kitchen seriously lacking for usable pots and pans, utensils, etc. Coffee pot was filthy. Kitchen table very wobbly & only had 3 chairs. Closets had about 5 hangers. Smart Tv' in bedroom wouldn't work because batteries were dead in remote. Pool had a lot of sand in it. Overpriced for what was presented as. Only thing that was good was having a view of ocean.

Great small condo building!

The Shell Suite in the Casa Gia Boutique condo was everything we were looking for in our vacation. It has great views from the balcony, an awesome pool and hot tub, it is just steps to the beach, and close to many restaurants and even a coffee shop right across the street. I loved that it only had 4 units so it wasn’t too crowded.

So when the opportunity presented itself, we decided buy, renovate and open this boutique building to vacationers like you, to enjoy the area, like we do!
