Absolutely loved the view from our balcony!!! Ocean as far as the eye could see and the most beautiful sunsets. Also very close to Publix and lots of shopping !!!

Vacation

Are stay was pleasurable. The area was close to Caddy’s which is our favorite place to go. We were able to walk to Ricky T’s and many shops. The room could have been cleaned better, the closet was full of sand, shells(and sand) on top of the frig, and food left in the frig.

Location, location, location

This condo has an ocean front view and right on the beach. Our family enjoyed the beach, bar/food, and the pool. We could also get to the pass quickly!

Relaxing vacation

Everything about the hotel and the stay was great. I come here every year for my Birthday and Mothers Day and it never disappoints me. I love this place for the excellent view during the day and of course the sunsets.

Awesome view

We had a great time. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was quick and simple, was even able to get in the room a little early. Would stay again.

Condo was nice great location beautiful beach. Pool area and lobby were also very clean.

Perfect location!

We loved staying in this unit! The sunset view was AMAZING and all staff were super friendly. It was super helpful to have lots of beach basics on hand like towels and chairs. We were able to eat in for a few meals since we had small children (3 and 7) and we were close to lots of activities that were fun for everyone! We did have an issue with the bathroom light and as soon as we let Debra know, she had a handyman out same day! We would definitely stay there again :)

Perfectly Cozy and SAFE!

This was exactly what we needed/wanted. Safe, clean, lots of families, nothing crazy at night and the beach and pool right downstairs! Everything was easy. Check-in was simple, free travel shuttles if needed, and relaxing. Our room was even ready hours early! We were late because of travel but again, super easy. We will 100% be staying here again.

Great property and location

This place will only get better. We were there in a mix of upgrades occurring what I believe is a slower period. Our stay was mostly perfect. Well stocked and ready for fun. I have 2 complaints that can be easily reviewed. 1. the bed closest to the balcony is in poor shape (no support). 2. the shower would require some science major in the mysteries of controlling ever-changing water temps. This may be due to something bigger than a mixing valve but was either getting jetted with cold or boiling water. Please understand - these are just 2 things that we hope we could get recognized to make this experience better for others in the future.

Just what we needed! STUNNING views of gulf

Another perfect getaway in the books! My husband and I have vacationed on the Gulf coast many times. We have yet to stay in a studio type condo so we were a bit hesitant! When it comes down to it, while on vaca, we are really only in our condo to sleep- so we thought why not! This condo did not disappoint. The one and only complaint I have is regarding the dresser drawers smelled veryyyy musty. We ended up throwing all of our clothes on the kitchen table instead of using the drawers. Which worked out fine. OHH! And early check in was available on our day of arrival đŸ™ŒđŸŒâ˜€ïž. Stunning gulf beach views. We walked down to sunset beach multiple mornings (a must if you enjoy walking! There you can find a Boardwalk that wraps around the point. ) stunning sunset views. Nice pool. Clean! Chairs and cabanas and umbrellas for rent. Kayak and paddle boards for rent too! Just a perfect for such a great price!

Million Dollar View

The description of the room is accurate. My husband and I stayed here comfortably but it would not be ideal for a family of 4+ or two couples. Checking in was very frustrating because we got to the hotel early and although check in wasn't until 4pm, we were hopeful to get in early if possible and still have the whole afternoon/evening! I called Debra, spoke to Joyce who said she'd text as soon as it was ready. A couple hours went by and when I texted for status I got a phone call from Debra that the cleaners had an emergency and weren't there yet. She let us in to drop our things at least so we could head out to the beach. She offered to Venmo me $ for drinks but I declined and said it wasn't necessary. We finally got a phone call at 5:40 pm saying the room was finally ready and Debra told us to enjoy our stay. The room had everything we could have needed during our stay (5 nights) including extra towels, beach towels, dishes, coffee, dish soap, beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable, but since we are used to a king sized, we didn't share a bed but slept great! No clock anywhere except on microwave, sliding door lock doesn't lock but room is up high enough, decor is cheesy, but the million dollar beach view makes it all worth it. Staying right on the beach at this hotel was great.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Parking situation is not good. If you can’t get in the ten to twelve spaces in front of the building, then you have to park across the busy Gulf Blvd. For us seniors, that is less than convenient. Dangerous at times. The pool is great and beach access is wonderful.

It was absolutely perfect! Beautiful ocean view & watching the sunset! The unit had new beach chairs, towels & umbrella for us to use & the beach was a few steps away! We liked that it was not a huge building or overcrowded beach. Also the unit had new beds for a good nights rest! Again, it was perfect for us.

It was beautiful scenery. The bathroom is outdated the door had to be slammed to shut or open. The balcony rail doesn’t seem safe. The mattress were old and hard the pillows need replaced. But the view was beautiful.

Florida Getaway

Great location and beautiful beaches. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom could use some small updates. Overall a great place to stay.
