Imagine waking up with a delicious cup of coffee in the morning sun on the roof terrace, taking a dip in your own pool, and enjoying a barbecue on the terrace in the evening. At Perla di Solo, your dream vacation becomes a reality! This recently renovated villa is a true gem, with three spacious bedrooms featuring king-size XL beds (1.80x2.10m!) and two luxurious, fresh bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Spacious and bright, with a large covered outdoor area, you can find the sun or shade, depending on your preference. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher; the house is fully equipped, from a second American-style refrigerator in the utility room to an air fryer. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, wireless internet, Airfryer, hairdryer, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, citrus juicer, parking on site, it's all there.
Starting at the end of October, a beautiful Ford Explorer 7-seater will be available at the house. Perla di Solo and the car are only rented together! You can enjoy this great convenience for just âŹ55 per day. This includes transfers, insurance, taxes, unlimited mileage, a second driver, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a wonderful late checkout on your departure day! You won't be out on the road at 10 a.m. with your little ones and all your luggage, but can still enjoy a trip to the beach, a quick freshen-up afterward, and then we'll take you to Hato. So even the last day of your holiday is one to enjoy!

Additional costs
Final cleaning is mandatory upon departure. If you would like a cleaning and change of bed linen and towels during the stay, please let us know before arrival. The cost is âŹ27.50 per hour.
A 7% tourist tax is charged, which is levied on the basic rate for overnight stays, excluding cleaning and additional costs.
The rental price does not include water and electricity consumption. We believe it's very important to use energy and water efficiently. That's why we've chosen to calculate energy and water separately.
The energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator, and other appliances in the villa is low, but water and electricity prices are very high in Curaçao. The final cost depends heavily on your usage. The air conditioners, in particular, consume a lot of energy, so please use them wisely. Based on the meter readings we record upon arrival and departure, we will settle the amount after departure. This usually amounts to around 20 euros per day for a 4-person occupancy.
Of course, we don't charge for the drip system, refilling the pool, or the use of the pool pump!
Water consumption is calculated at âŹ9 per mÂł for water and âŹ0.50 per kWh for electricity. All guests pay a deposit, and if the house is left in good condition, the water and electricity consumption can be deducted from the deposit. Any damage to the house or appliances will be billed separately.
You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.
Within 4 weeks (30 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
A nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, wonderfully located on the wind, nice and central in the middle of the narrowest part of the island. Close to the airport and Willemstad, but especially very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island! Our favorites are Portomari, Cas Abou, Daaibooi and Kokomo and a little further to Westpunt you will find Grote Knip, Lagun, Kalki and Piskado. You can swim to your heart's content even with the turtles, sunbathe, snorkel, dive fantastically and enjoy all the other water sports.
In the neighborhood itself, within walking distance, is Restaurant Bali where you can eat delicious Asian and Surinamese food. Next to Bali is a local delicacy shop and also the cocktail bar Shots, here you will also find nice drinks and good cuisine.
In our new shopping mall Oasis, new businesses opened or are about to open soon! For example wine and coffee at Kafino, which organizes lovely winetastings and other weekly events. There's a fitness center, a mani/pedi, laundry service, hairdresser's, fish restaurant, Italian restaurant and much more to enjoy!
Just outside the neighborhood you will find restaurant De Buurvrouw and Landhuis Daniel. There are so many nice places to eat or drink. With less than 10 minutes in the car you will find a unique place at Williwood, Marfa's Hangout where they have the famous Kabritu Burger, stop at the flamingos or view the art of Nena Sanchez in Landhuis Jan Kok! And Willemstad is only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Perla di Solo is new and spacious and has a great outdoor space, you can enjoy lovely long evenings on the porch or at the pool with your family or friends. The amazing roof terrace is unique, you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and it has ocean view!!!
