Inhägnad i området för husdjur. Fullt möblerad. Källaren är delvis färdig och kommer att vara klar i januari 2019. Det finns ett färdigt sovrum i bottenvåningen som kan fungera som extra bostadsyta eller spelrum. 20 minuter från New York State Line och 30 minuter från Bennington, Vermont. Perfekt för sommarevenemang - nära Lee, Stockbridge, Tanglewood. Utmärkt för vinterskidåkning, snöskoter. Underbart för höstlöv. Jakt på alla säsonger. Överflöd av statliga parker inklusive Oktober Mountain. Nära till skidområden inklusive Jiminey Peak, Brody, Butternut. Nära till snö mobilspår, längdskidåkning, vandring.

Great Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at the cabin in the Berkshires. Communication with the property manager was excellent and we appreciated his quick reply to our question about check-in. The fenced-in yard and pool were great features.

Great stay

Our family had a wonderful time. The pool was a big hit with the kids, especially! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, as well. The Berkshires are beautiful, and this was a great place for us to get away for a few days.

Fun for the people and dog!

Our second time here and it was a wonderful time. We enjoy hanging by the pool and our dog loves the large fenced in yard. Property manager quick to respond and overall we just had a great, relaxing getaway.

loved the pool!

very relaxing home/pool. very large bathroom and shower/tub. nice kitchen setup. We had to keep the window A/Cs on the whole time, it was 90s when we were there!

Great quirky place

Well-appointed and cozy. Basement bedrooms were a bit drafty and lacked storage, but main floor was great.

Relaxation in the Berkshires

It was a wonderful stay!!! (not long enough) The house was very homey and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the property and the fenced in yard was GREAT for the dogs!! We definitely want to go back for a longer stay and explore the area and trails!

Amazing long weekend

Our group had a great time relaxing in the Berkshires. Near some good trails, kitchen is very equipped. We enjoyed the pool and wish there were some sunnier days to do so as it can get cold when overcast. Hope to be back again!

Peaceful winter retreat

A welcoming family winter retreat. Skiing at Jiminy Peak a half hour away was incredible. A dream kitchen with a welcome gift, a very nice touch. Hope to be able to see it another season also!

Great little get away

This house was perfect for my family of 7 people and 8 dogs. Big open kitchen and dine in area was great for keeping traffic managable. The living room was cozy with the fire. Fenced in backyard is huge and great for our heard of pups. Owner was communicative and easy to work with.

Just Perfect

Great for a Berkshire vacation with your dogs!

The house is clean, comfortable and a perfect place for a vacation with canine family members. The yard is completely secure for dogs with a sturdy 6’ high fence. Our dogs loved it! The only downside was the traffic noise, since the house is right on busy Route 8. Things dud quiet down at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything you want and need

Place was great, back yard is way bigger than it looks in pictures. The host was great they keep the place stocked with a lot of odds and ends that you don’t think about. Very stocked up from nutra blender to dog dishes. Plenty of room!!!

Great getaway!

We had a great relaxing weekend spending most of the time by the pool! Our dog LOVED the fenced in yard to run around. It was great peace of mind. The property was so clean and everything was labeled which made things easier. We would definitely go back again.

Perfect

This getaway was great for our family’s annual summer camping trip. Bedroom on first level, to accommodate the dog and grand mother. Lower level bedrooms to accommodate the adult child (and grandson) having a private getaway. The pool is COLD but swimmable if you can handle that. Oh and lots of board games and PlayStation. We will return again and again now as it fit all our needs and beyond!

Great for dogs

We stayed here for 2 nights while our house was having some work done and the dogs loved the backyard. Tons of room to run and play. The property manager was available for any/all questions and super quick to respond. We'd come back for sure.

Nice place

The house was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The only thing we noticed was the basement, which has one of the bedrooms, was quite musty. Luckily we didn't have enough people to need to sleep down there.

Base camp

We a family of 6 had a great time staying at this property. There's 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement, so its plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved how open the house was, no clutters, and as a family with a 2 year old that was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with all kind of appliances, dinnerware, and an array of condiments. Kids had a blast in the pool. You are in a good location to explore town and adjacent ones. Thank yoi for providing a clean and safe home to guests.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at James' property was perfect. We needed to get together as a family and just relax and hike a little bit. We were able to set up a badminton net in the lovely back yard, jump in the pool after jogging, warm up in the evenings with the pot belly stove and just sit and chat. Perfect proximity to the Appalachian Trail where we did a couple of lovely walks. We were able to bring our dogs with us which made the family complete. The beds were comfortable with plenty of covers . Two of the bedrooms are in the basement but everyone who stayed in them was happy with the setup. Thank you so much.
