Very nicely located to all things Branson. Easy to find, very clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, The elevator was an awesome benefit especially if you have problems climbing stairs. Kitchen is very modern and very well stocked with kitchen items. Exceeded my expectations and will definitely have this as a #1 choice for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed unwinding on the balcony with a nice breeze. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. The host was so attentive with any questions we had. We were gifted with 2 sets of show tickets & welcoming mood music upon arrival. Close to attractions but very quiet.

ice maker did not work. instructions for TV would be nice - had to chat with host to get it to work. Knife we tried using fell apart. Condo definitely shows wear and age. Could use some updates. Didn't "feel" the value due to age and wear. Won't use this property again.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the ice maker, TV setup, and kitchen knife. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and I understand how those small frustrations can add up during a stay. I also appreciate you mentioning the condition of the condo and your concerns about wear and value. We take that seriously and will be reviewing both maintenance and inventory items to address what you pointed out. Your comments are helpful in identifying where we need improvements, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

We thought we would spend time on balcony but were busy running around and we didn’t. It looked nice however. The pool was closed and we are not pool people so no comments on that.Condo was just as pictured and very clean. Not a lot of cooking equipment just fyi - we don’t usually cook when we are on vacation but for those that do, go prepared. We would definitely stay here again . Great location and rates.

We’ve stayed at other units in this condo. This was our least favorite and we won’t return. The hot water tank is too small for the big tub in master bathroom. The master bath toilet has flushing issues. And the master bed is a king with only a sheet and a cheap fleece blanket. No quilt. No comforter. And the box springs are exposed. For the amount you pay, there should be a bed skirt or some covering on box springs. And why a cheap, thin blanket?

We’re very sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. We strive to provide a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests, and we have multiple communication channels open 24/7 to assist with any concerns. If you had reached out to us, we would have immediately sent a cleaner or moved you to a different unit. It's truly a shame that we weren't given the chance to fix these problems in the moment and turn your experience around. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Have a great day!
