You will be staying in a full, completely private side of a duplex with free street parking and one off street stop shared with our other unit on a first come first serve basis . Because it is a traditional shotgun floorplan, the bedrooms are walkthrough.

WiFi, Central AC and heat, large smart TV, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer

Bedroom 1:
Queen bed, dresser, closet + hangers, walk through to second bedroom

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed, dresser, closet + hangers

Bathroom:
Full bathroom + hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, and blow dryer.

Kitchen:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to make yourself delicious meals. An 8 minute walk will take you to The Fresh Market where you can buy all your ingredients.
The kitchen includes: Keurig + K-Cups, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, baking sheets, pans, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels.

Please kindly note:
- No loud parties. This is a neighborhood and we expect guests to be respectful of the space. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
- No smoking
- No pets

Guests will have sole access to their side of the duplex. The parking space and backyard are shared.
