First Timers

This was my families first time booking through Vrbo and it did not disappoint! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and our view was spectacular! Communication regarding our booking was easy to follow and contained all the details we needed for our stay.The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Felt like a home away from home. The condo contained beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys which was awesome! The location of the condo was nicely placed between the beach and Johns Pass which allowed us to enjoy a nice day at the beach and then walk across the road to shop and eat. Would recommend to others and we will hopefully visit again in the future.

March trip

Good response from owners. Great view from balcony. Quiet property. Appliances worked easily, good amount of towels, nice location across John’s Pass, very roomy. Needs: inside drawers were dirty, room not available at 4p but 15 min late, need to provide better info about starter pack: bar soap very small, coffee provided for one cup. kitchen towels seemed dirty compared to the cloth to wash dishes If there is rain the parking spot has large puddles plus the hall to room has standing water. Creepy to have a toilet and sink in closet just like other rentals extra costs increase rate. The place was concerning at first but OK at the end.

Sister Reunion

3 Sisters, 3 different beds. Could have used a couple more blankets it was cold out. We did buy hand soap for the bathrooms and a couple extra TP. Guess we should have been a little more prepared on our own. Great location, view and sunsets. Would stay here again.

Madeira Beach

Nice property right on the beach with excellent views. Place was very clean and management was very helpful and on top of things. A lot of construction going on which is understandable with the hurricanes last Fall. Owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler which was nice. Only thing that could have been better was if they provided more than one bar of soap (two bathrooms), higher quality bath towels and a power strip to plug my phone in near the nightstand

Excellent location

Nice (and unexpected) updates done on the condo! Unit is very spacious and just steps to the sand. It had everything you could possibly need for the beach. Really nice to not have to buy all that stuff. Cannot beat the location! Loved being walkable to John’s Pass. We were happy to see so many businesses reopened and glad to support them while there. We would definitely stay here again if it was available. Thanks!

Very nice!

The location was wonderful and a beautiful ocean view! We highly enjoyed the pool and meeting lovely people. It was just a short walk to John's Pass. Would love to stay again!

Girls Trip

Very close to the beach (plus). Inside of condo (plus) older building with creepy hallways and stairways (negative) too many different codes to gates and doors (negative). 24 hours before a tropical storm all lawn chairs removed from pool area- we were told that we could sit on the ground. No communication from property management on what to expect during said tropical storm.(negative) This certainly isn’t the condo owner’s fault. All in all…the owners of the property plus….property management ( negative).

Perfect little condo

We enjoyed our time in Maderia Beach. Pool was great, beach was great. Chairs, umbrella and beach towel were provided along with floats abd boards and a cooler.

Can’t wait to book here again

Great location, covered parking spot, quick communication with owner, condo stocked with everything you need including all beach necessities. The pool/ beach view was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the lack of crowds and spent lots of time on the beach relaxing.

Me and my girls get away

It was a great experience and we will be back. The beds could have been a little bit more comfy. A little stiff for my taste but it worked. We called for some extra blankets. They brought them over our second day. Can’t wait to come back!!

A long weekend with friends.

The Condo is great! The communication with the host was above and beyond. The location is on the gulf, white sand beaches. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Beautiful balcony, overlooking the beach and sunset. John's pass is across the street. Easy access in and out of the Condo, as it is on the 1st floor. Friendly and safe area. The extra half bath is a bonus, as well as the two very comfortable queen-size beds.

Beautiful

Location was perfect. The views from the condo are just gorgeous. John’s Pass is literally across the road and easy to get to. We walked to many restaurants while we were there. The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. As some previous reviews stated the couch is really soft and you really sink into it when you sit, but that did not affect our stay. Overall loved our stay!

Sensational LR beach view - excellent location!

Unique 80s 1st FL condo situated at the end of the bldg a few steps from elevator, stairs and next to a rental agency office above the parking area (convos carried straight into the condo). If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask and ear plugs to block out next door's exterior lighting, the voices and the upstairs unit's toilet flushing and footsteps. Partially updated (furniture & kitchen) with a toilet and sink located inside the bedroom's walk-in closet. Sensational Living Room beach view with the pool immediately in front (loud kid alert). Nice rental agency with detailed emails.
