Thank you, Edward, for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We’re glad to hear that you and your family still had an enjoyable overall experience, especially the nighttime fishing off the dock. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and safety concerns you encountered. Finding medication and a moldy baby bottle in the home is absolutely not the standard we expect, particularly with young children present. We are taking this feedback very seriously and will be addressing it with our cleaning and inspection team to ensure a more thorough inspection is completed between stays. We’re also sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience with the scorpion. Given the natural lakefront setting, insects and wildlife can occasionally be present, but we understand how concerning and unpleasant this must have been. We appreciate your feedback regarding the boat ramp and the access to the water as well. Your comments are helpful for us and for future guests planning their stay. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy some fishing and time on the lake with your family.

Thank you Dixie for the kind words! We're so glad you had a great stay and appreciated the hospitality—it means a lot to our team. Hope to welcome you back to the lake soon! Grand Welcome Lake of the Ozarks

We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the tripped breaker and the delay in restoring power to the microwave and bathroom. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we're glad our maintenance team was able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Additionally, we appreciate your comments regarding the automated messages and will review the frequency to ensure they remain helpful without becoming excessive. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another family getaway in the future.
