Detta vackra stora hus ligger i det gated community av Tan Tara. Hemmet är inbyggt i en bluff högt över vattnet med utsikt över huvudkanalen. Det är 4.300 s. f., har ett stort vardagsrum, 5 stora sovrum och 5 badrum. 1 sovrum har en separat ingång. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök.

Great house! Second year that my girlfriends and I have stayed there. Very comfortable home for us. Two things that could be improved...all tubs need better bath strips or bath mats as several of us slipped whle showering. Aldo need more dish rags and dish towels.

Nice house on the lake with abundant number of bedrooms for large family. Located close to attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

positive: spacious, great view, host provided all needed kitchen itemsnegative: there was food remaining in the refrigerator from prior guests, there was trash left on the carpet in one bedroom from a prior guest leaving me to wonder how well it had been cleaned, also numerous dead bugs on the floor in the same bedroom

We stayed here for our mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary gift. It was so nice to have room for the whole family to stay together. We had a great time!

Great Stay!

A spacious property for our family of 8 adults and grands; and short walking distance to the pool. DVD player didn't work when we arrived but Jill responded quickly and it was replaced the before the next evening.

Great to work with!

The only reason a gave the location less stars is because the sharp corners, or steep incline, to get to the house are just not the greatest. Pretty normal for that close to the water though. The views made it worth it!

Great place!

The house is beautiful! Very comfortable and homey. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the extras and more! The only drawback for us was the steps. We are an older group of women, so the steps were a little difficult at times, but we made it and enjoyed the weekend. Our weekend was full of fun, laughter and lots of food!

Good time

The house was perfect for our group, but there wasn't access to a dock or the water which was a little disappointing, but the house is a short Uber ride away from a lot of the major pool bars.

Wonderful !!!

Spent 5 days vacationing with my children and grandchildren. The property was perfect for what we needed as a group of 14. There was plenty of space and the location was outstanding. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and access to all the amenities offered by the Margaritaville resort. Would definitely go back again. And the host was always there to help out with whatever we needed.

Would not stay again

Jill was great. She was very helpful and responsive, however this property needs a lot of work. Overall I would say it’s pretty run down and not worth the price. The pictures were definitely misleading. I am only posting this in hopes that others will not experience the same disappointment we felt.

Property is nice - sprawling but spacious. However, it is made up of what had been separate units and that makes a couple of the bedrooms pretty weird. And there is a lack of electrical outlets, made worse by the fact that the most accessible ones are so worn out that they won’t hold onto a plug when inserted. The pieced together nature of the property also makes for some very strange placements of light switches and in some places a lack of decent lighting. These are quibbles but at the cost of a 2-night stay it would be nice to get the outlets fixed.

Lake weekend

It has a great view of the lake in a nice neighborhood. Pool access was easy. it was a great set up for our family. We had a great time.

Boys Golf Trip

The attached suite had not been cleaned…beds were unmade, towels on floor & cookies on table. I had to wash/dry towels & make beds for my guest. There were no additional trash bags other than ones in trash cans. Gas grill is on its last leg! When using washer in Master there is an odor which smells like sewer, might want to have a plumber check it out
