Vacker 3 sovrum pool villa med utsikt över en fantastisk sjöutsikt.

Villan är mycket rymlig och har ett vardagsrum / matsal samt ett familjerum. Den har ett stort kök med frukostbord. Separat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare som leder till det dubbla garaget. Familjerummet har ett uteplatsfönster med utsikt över poolen och sjön. Poolområdet har fördelen av ett täckt område för de varma sommardagarna. Det stora sovrummet har också en skjutbar glasdörr som leder till poolen och en stor garderob. Det stora badrummet har två handfat med duschkub och stort badkar. Toaletten är separat.
Det andra sovrummet har en full storlek säng. det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Det 2: a badrummet ligger utanför en liten hall mellan 2: a och 3: e sovrummet.

Villa ligger nära allt och du blir inte besviken.

Rökning är inte tillåtet här hemma.

House was amazing. 15 mins or so to everywhere.

Stay was amazing! The house was clean and lots of room. The kids loved the pool. The setting was great. We were 15 mins to anywhere.

NIGHTMARE KEEP SCROLLING

House was not cleaned, all the bed are uncomfortable, old pillows and mold in the laundry room. Stay somewhere else!! You'll thank you me later!

Clean, tidy, comfortable home in a great location

Family of four (two adults, two teenage girls), had a lovely time. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable, and in a lovely neighbourhood. The location was perfect for access to attractions, shops, and hwy 192. The pool was nice - we requested pool heating the day we arrived and someone came out quickly to turn it on, they even left it running overnight to warm the pool up quicker for us, which was appreciated - great service. The only reason I'm giving 4 star instead of 5 was that the decor was a little dated, the kitchen and appliances could use modernizing, the window blinds didn't fully function, and the pool wasn't the largest in the world although it was perfectly fine for the four of us. Overall, we'd happily recommend this home and will happily stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a great vacation!

Property was clean

They need to put bath mats in the shower areas. My granddaughter slipped and fell in the guest bathroom and I slipped and fell in the Master bathroom. We both have black and blue marks and my foot is bruised and swollen. I didn't appreciate the fact that to heat the pool was an extra $20 per day if you wanted it. We have stayed in many HomeAway homes and never encountered all the extra fees associated with this property.

Perfect for our little get away.

We live in Brooksville Fl but love to get away for a few days each year for our son's birthday. We pick the Kissimmee/Orlando area each each for all the attractions, we wanted to feel at home and comfortable and this home did just that. It's in a great location as well as has a pool and a view of a pond with ducks and turtles. It could use a little updating but certainly worth the money. We had a wonderful time.

House was nice but beds were awful!!

The beds and bedding were so bad that some slept on the couch rather then the bed. I had to buy padded mattress covers and blankets just to somewhat tolerate it. The dryer is faulty and does not shut off when the dryer door is open which caused an injury. Also the house was not very clean.

Clean and comfortable house close to Disney

We booked this house last minute and I was a little nervous. We have visited Florida many times and have stayed in a lot of homes. This by far is the cleanest house we have stayed in....we never once saw a cockroach or an ant! The house is comfortable and the pool is just awesome. It was a nice relaxing house to come back to after a day at the parks! THE only reason I have not given this a 5 star is because of the mattresses in all the bedrooms. They were hard, no bounce and very uncomfortable. Two nights out of our stay, myself and my husband each slept on the couches as our backs were so sore. If I was to give any advice to the owner of this property it would be.....upgrade your mattresses. This would be the only issue that would stop me coming back to this house.

Loved my stay.

My husband and I were happy to stay at this beautiful home. No one bothered us, the house is so beautifully decorated. This house has a nice pool and while we were there, quiet neighbors. The house does have minor wear and tear from previous visitors, but nothing that would affect your stay. We would rent from this owner again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. The Martinez Family.

Very nice house/Clean

The house was very clean. It provided enough space for the family. The dryer might need a new heating element. It was not very hot. :) Thank you for the great experience.
