Todo location. Made my trip easy to navigate from spot to spot. Street a bit noisy but manageable. Host was very nice and responded to my questions. The biggest issue I had with the property was the cleanliness. The baseboards on every room were very dusty. The bathroom had hard water deposits in the shower and mould. If the place was cleaner, it would have made a big difference in my rating.

Marvelous stay

My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying at this quiet residence. Having two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Also, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable was provided, from a large TV with Netflix to a washer and dryer in the kitchen. There were also additional thoughtful touches, such as a variety of teas to drink and books to read.

Great stay

This is a great place to stay. The apt was spacious and clean with on sight laundry if you are staying for an extended period of time. Just communication was wonderful and would recommend to anyone to stay.

Easy breezy

The apartment is lovely and nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. Response to a blown fuse was immediate!! Excellent communication. Only issue was oven does not work properly. Tried to heat to 425 to cook something and it never got hot- tried it for over an hour. Luckily was able to cook stovetop. Other than that our stay was excellent. :-)

Just some tourist time

Property was great and conveniently located for the many things we had planned. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook at home which we loved. Full size washer and dryer excellent to have as well. Great place to start. Would definition use again!

Just right. Street parking is a little busy but successful. Rules were stricter than I am used to - no visitors allowed. Never saw owner and did not know how to contact her if I needed to but it was a good experience.

So clean and having laundry access within the property was a total game changer. Super close to everything we wanted to see and great restaurants. Family Vacation

It was a nice apartment. It had everything we needed. Couch was not very comfy to sit and watch tv. Great communication with the host. Close to everything. Only a few minutes drive to the beaches. CVS was next door and had some clearance as they are closing.

Great spot if you have things to do all day

Great location for what we needed. Easy drive to the beach and food. I would stay again when I am on a business trip, because we do not need to stay at the house very long. No AC and the floors were a little sticky/dirty. Washing machine was great.

Nice, comfortable place to stay. Great location for conveniences and public buses.

Very nice and comfortable. Supply of dishes and cutlery is skimpy. Apartment is clean but some areas could use a touch-up: The door of the dishwasher is grimy and the bathroom sink faucet is grimy. I would stay there again with pleasure.

Is a quiet neighborhood, strategic location, close to Mall, grocery store, pharmacy next door. The house is very comfortable, clean, with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the close drive to the beach. We would definitely come back.

The property was clean and beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much!

One thing that caught me off guard was that there was no AC. Typically it wouldn’t be an issue but when I visited there was a heat wave. The first day was a little warm but the rest of the trip was nice. Having the cvs next door was great to run and get things that we needed and also conveniently sold beer/wine which was a bonus. We did not rent a car and used Lyft the whole trip and there was always a ride nearby the house. The owner was also very helpful and pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful!

I loved my stay in the apartment, very clean, soap provided for washer and sheets for dryer. Coffee provided for those early mornings. It was super convenient having the CVS next door so you can just grab what you forgot or if you wanted beer or liquor. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property to any future travelers. (Also, fantastic not having to carry a key around due to the coded door.)

Perfect fit!

This rental fit perfectly for my vacation (4 night stay while visiting family). It is newly remodeled and very clean. Check in is extremely easy due to the keypad lock on the door - no key required. Overall, a great stay that I highly recommend.

Mieko is awesome in ensuring our needs were met in a timely manner! Yes, we do plan to go back to this apartment which is impeccably kept so so clean! Everyone could enjoy this place. Even though There's no central air, we made use of a 20" box fan to be comfortable in the July extreme heat wave.
