Sandpiper 15-c är en charmig, mycket välutrustad lägenhet med ett rum med utsikt över orörda Linekin Bay, med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången. Delade bekvämligheter inkluderar, gratis tvätt, en stor öppen gård med docka och 165ft. pir. Stegen går ner till en kust- och sandstrand, perfekt för bad, kajakpaddling etc. Ställ väl off road så tyst, pittoreska och mycket vänliga. Takfläkt, Wi-Fi i rummet och mer. Maine trip 2024

This has been our 2nd stay at this location. Everything was great ( very clean & quiet) and April was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Great property, gracious host

This was our second trip to this property but our first time in this condo. The grounds are beautiful & the other folks in the compound were all very friendly. April was an extremely gracious host who was so accommodating with issues that arose, none of which were her fault. I would definitely rent from her again.

East Boothbay Condo

We had a very relaxing time at the condo. The area was very quiet and location with water view outstanding! April was very nice and helpful with checking in. Enjoyed our stay!!

It was clean and quiet. I did not like how nothing was modernized. Old coffee pot, too many rules by manager. Had to take our own trash out. Did managers job while she get paid for it. Not happy with no amenities for the money I paid.

Bay Views Are Amazing

Small unit, but room enough for a couple or two people. Bay views were amazing. Owner was on-site when we arrived and no further interaction was needed. Highly recommend for a stay in Boothbay area.

This was the most beautiful little condo. Had everything you needed. Gorgeous sunsets. I’m old school, so I called the owner to introduce myself and ask a few questions. She answered every question I had. Made us feel welcome as she shared her condo with us. Very clean and inviting. My wife loved it. Thank you again, April. Jonathan and Dina.

Awesome place!!

Loved this place! It is small but it is so nicely organized it seems bigger.Its decor is really cute and fun.Everything is there that you would need and some nice extra things you might have forgot to bring yourself.April our host is very helpful and available if you need her. The bed was very comfortable and you have a nice table and chairs inside and out.The grounds and beach are awesome! We can’t wait to return for another visit.

Nice place for a couple of people.

Just really needed a place to sleep for the week. This place was great since it was in a location near where we wanted to be and the price was good. It is small and not fancy, but we weren't looking for anything else. No issues or problems. Would stay there again.

Old school Maine lodging

Nice location, clean, cute decor, fair price point. Dated, no A.C., tiny shower. Stay was peaceful but, record setting humidity and heat made sleeping tough. Also "beach area" not very inviting, or useable.

Relaxing experience

Very clean and well-appointed little condo in a fabulous location. The owner has thought of everything! The bed was very comfortable. It was our 2nd year staying here and definitely come back.

Nice Get Away

The property was super clean right down to the nautical decor, not a speck of dust. April thought of everything to make the stay perfect. The location was perfect and very quiet. We did have a couple of things that needed attention and April was there to get everything right again.

Perfect for us.

April did a wonderful job checking us in and leaving all her contact information. We slept so good there. We could open the windows, have the ceil fan on and the mattress was so comfortable. She had everything there for us to cook a meal. And the front patio looking over the water was a real plus. A great location that we could take day trip and return early. We would definitely stay there again.

Location and grounds are beautiful. Peaceful and quiet. PLace is perfect for one or two. Mattress and chair cold use updating very uncomfortable.

SEE it, stay, and you will see why !! Water's Edge is a small grouping of various buildings totaling 21 units. Spread over 2 acres of groomed common grounds and incredible ocean views. At one time a former name was "Linekin Village" Yes in deed it has that feeling.
