Golf trip

Staying here was a great centralized location. We had everything we needed. The Ledges made sure to update me with any changes. The place was clean and was very easy to check in and out.

Family get away

Well stocked kitchen

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cooked nightly meals for a very large group. This unit's kitchen, unlike so many others I have rented, was very well stocked with sealable containers for meal leftovers and the kitchen knives were adequately sharp, a touch we greatly appreciated. Some of our guests noted they were disturbed by the highway sounds at night. As with many rentals, there were not anywhere near enough hooks or racks to hang wet bath towels for the 8 people who were all sharing the upstairs hall bath. The shower/tub in that bath was very slippery, it could use a no-slip mat.

High School buddies Gathering

We are all 80 yrs old and very active. There are 7 of us who have been getting together annually for 13 yrs. We play golf and some fish. We cook our breakfasts and eat dinner out. I might add that this kitchen was the best we have experienced. Good sharp knives, plenty of fry pans and good utinsels. The beds were fine, however we found the pillow to be too hard. Bathrooms/showers were all great. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts. Nice patio to enjoy cocktails in the afternoon and evening. The only issues were: Master bedroom carpet had the tackboard sticking through at the entrance in and too the bathroom> Dont walk with bare feet. Also some of the guys felt the tub shower upstairs was very slippery....they put a towel down to help with that. Otherwise great experience.

Great place for our family!

Perfect for what we needed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed for meals at home. Overall a great place. Would stay here again!

Spring break family reunion

One of the nicest stays we have ever had. The house was very nicely stocked with supplies, games, etc. which was a nice surprise. Community facilities were great. Comfortably fit 16 people. 7 adults and 9 kids. Slightly outside but of main St George which was very nice. But not to far. One of the easiest check outs. Parking handled 4 vehicles, 2 in garage and 2 in driveway plus overflow parking literally next door. We plan on staying here again.

Very nice accommodations…a couple of the TVs were not working when we got there but maintenance promptly came and fixed the problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 11. It was well stocked and very clean. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed both of the community pools and pickle ball courts were a huge hit for everyone. We are hoping to come back and will definitely look to rent from you again. We loved being at the end of the street. Thanks for everything!

Not ready for check in and dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at The Ledges in this community before but unfortunately this time was not so great. Our unit was not ready for check in at 4P the cleaning person was still there. Once she left and we went in we found that the space was pretty dirty. Floors were obviously not clean, there was chewed gum on the counter, soda cans under the bed, dirty socks in one of the closets, a burger wrapper in the bathroom drawer and one of the beds looked like it had a dirty comforter. Our cleaning fee was refunded which is great but unfortunately that’s all that was offered and we won’t likely stay here again. Also fully stocked was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags.

Recreational trip

The property was clean and large enough to accommodate our group of nine adults. Excellent kitchen with quality cook wear. The home had easy access to Snow Canyon for hiking and gunlock reservoir for fishing. Great stay at a great place!

Property was well stocked and clean. Stayed for an extended family reunion and it was perfect for our needs. It was a great location for the activities we did. Would stay here again.
