Bed was comfortable. All was clean and tidy and summary was accurate of what was included and what was not. Shower is small, but water is fine. It is a nice community of smaller rentals.

Wonderful location

Myself, my husband, and our 3.5 year old daughter spent a few days in the cabin. It's a perfect location. Very close to beaches, mini golf, etc. It was nice and snug for the three of us.

I would recommend this cottage if you know the area. Unfortunately we didn’t do our research on the area but the cottage and the overall area was wonderful. The people were super friendly and accommodating

Nice Cottage on Route 28

Number 5 is a pretty little cottage on one of the largest lots at Yarmouth Country Cabins. It was a good size for us (two adults and a 13-year-old, who slept on the pull-out loveseat) and you need to know that the main room is the bedroom, with a little galley kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. There is no separate living room or bathtub, but there’s a lovely outdoor shower as well as the one in the bathroom. You have to run the water for a couple of minutes until you get hot water. Nicely appointed kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, gas stove and full sink, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and utensils, pots and pans, but no oven (also, bring your own TP). No charcoal grills that we could find, but there was a gas grill right behind our cabin. Bocce, ping pong, basketball, foosball, etc. available on property. Very calm location, although you will hear the traffic and fire engines/ambulances going down Route 28 all day, but it’s not really bothersome Pool was nice and clean. Walking distance to two big mini-golf areas, one of them has a driving range, arcade, batting cages, go-karts and soccer cages. Walking distance to Stop & Shop grocery, candy store, mini-mart, nice little Route 28 diner, Pancake Man breakfast/lunch place, and other restaurants. Biking distance to beaches (about two miles away). If you drive a car to the beaches you will pay $20-$25 per day to park, but there is a weekly parking pass for $75 which allows parking at four or five different beaches in the Bass River area - buy a pass from the gatekeepers at each beach parking lot. All in all a great location to launch from for many Cape locations and really nice people running YCC!

One step up from a tent. So very small, smelled mildewed and moldy, hot, ac unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Bathroom shower was tiny. Never again

Another Great Year

Everything with our cabin was great as it usually is. This year, YCC had a woman named Tricia helping out at the place. She was super friendly and really helped us and other families staying at the place several times. The weather wasn’t as great as it usually is but you’ll have that! We will be back next year for our 10th year in a row!

Cabin 5 was great. We were traveling with our 7 year old and would have liked to book a cabin with a bedroom, but this was fine, too. Friendly staff who helped with whatever we needed.

My son and I just stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend. We loved it. Everything was as expected and the property was beautiful def want to come back when it is really warm!

Cozy cabin, fun property

This is the second year we’ve come to this cabin. Cabin is rustic but comfortable and property has nice pool, ping pong, fire pit, etc. would come here again.

Nice Stay

Beautiful grounds, especially the pool. Cottage 5 is sweet. We were able to cook using the full kitchen (no oven) and outdoor grill. Cottage could use a couple of maintenance updates (broken hinge in kitchen), but overall a great place. Quiet and near so much to do. Thank you to Audrey and her family for a nice stay.

Overall, it was a good experience for us but.....

When we arrive, nobody was there for the check in.... We were there with friends and their cabin was smelling "boules à mites" so hard and there was a lot of big black ants inside....... In our cabin, the toilet was working one time on two and the shower very small. Also, the pull out bed was dirty. But the stove was new and the coffee maker too. Otherwise the pool was very clean, papa very nice and the place offers all for a nice stay. All commodities are accessible near the cabin and a nice beach too.
