Denna två sovrum stuga kan sova 6 och är den perfekta semesterorten. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Njut av den vackra havsutsikten och hisnande solnedgångar från ditt däck. Ta ett dopp i den privata uppvärmda föreningspoolen (Seasonal - 7 juni till Labor Day). Vår stuga är perfekt för barn i alla åldrar. Så nära stranden kan du höra vågorna. Stugan har AC hela, LED-TV i vardagsrum och sovrum, New Blue ray DVD-spelare, stark WI-FI-signal och ett fullt utrustat kök med Keurig och en vanlig kaffebryggare. 6 sovplatser på 1 kung, 2 tvillingar och 1 drottning utdragbar bäddsoffa. Stranden är perfekt för barn. Det är en sandstrand, lugnt vatten, varma temps och är sällan trångt. Det finns många restauranger och shopping inom en mil från stugan. Ta en dagstur till Martha's Vineyard eller Nantucket via färjan som ligger mycket nära. Stugan ligger centralt på Cape Cod och är det perfekta läget för dagsutflykter till någonstans på Cape inklusive Provincetown.

Great getaway

We had a great time. It was very comfortable and quiet. On my first day there, I found myself lying out on the deck, talking to my grandson on a sunny morning. We also spent time on the beach, which is within a few hundred feet of the residence. Owner is positive and communicative. Great lead and follow up. A super choice and one we will exercise again.

Like Home

The Cape is one of my happy places, specifically time spent in Hyannis and at Keyes Beach. This property ensured that my spouse and I were happy in one of our happy places. The location to the beach included being able to hear the ocean with the window open. The street was quiet, and the property included more than enough space for the two of us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute Cottage Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time staying in Hyannis off season (April vacation for CT, but not for MA)! The host provided us with everything we needed and the location can't be beat! It's in a very walkable area, close to Main Street and the beach! We would love to come back again in the warmer weather!

peace!

perfect location, away from roads but walking distance to quaint hyannis main st, and very short walk to the beach, clean and confortable, perfect for a peaceful week , which we used to read and write. hope to come back. we would have liked a tad faster internet to download bibliography needed for the writing. but not complaining, this was fantastic week of peace, introspection, deep conversation, walks and chowda!!

A Gem!

We came to visit Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and one of the best parts of our trip is this gem. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. Close to the beach and the seashell collecting was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Nice comfy place to stay near the beach!

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage getaway.

This little cottage, located a 3 minute walk to the beach, was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We also had just enough room to host our son and family for one night. Great coomunication with host.

Great Lil Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for one full week with our 3 and 8 year old girls and it was perfect. Kitchen is a lil small but the full sized fridge and the rest of the amenities made up for it. The beach is really sweet and the pool made the kids so happy. Perfect 1 mile walk from Main Street that we did almost every day and about same distance to the harbour front. We will be back next year!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful. The host, Tom, was excellent at communicating with us (before and during our stay) and the place was impeccable. We had our two kids with us (ages 2 and 7) and this was a perfect place for a family of 4. We've vacationed on the Cape for many years, and this year's experience is the top of our list! The location is unbelievable- quiet street, safe for kids, steps from a very nice beach, while also being extremely convenient to Hyannis Center and every retail store imaginable. You can't go wrong staying here! Specific note for families w/young kids: having a tub in the bathroom was a huge plus; it's not too common in cottages down the Cape and is super helpful with little ones!

Hyannis walk to beach

Everything was very nice. Great location. We were very disappointed that the beach was closed to swimming due to ecoli etc. That was the entire reason for the booking. To be able to walk to the beach and not have to pack the car and pay the $25 parking fees! I realize that’s out of people’s hands, but it was still disappointing.

Comfortable and quaint

Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!

Home away from Home

The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)

A Lovely Hyannis Cottage

A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. The cottage is cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen - exactly what we want in a vacation rental. Communication was timely and efficient from start to finish. Thank you, Tom!

Comfortable and Convenient

Clean. Great location. Steps to beach. Easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. Deck with afternoon sun. Easy parking. (Early Spring stay, so cannot comment about the pool as it was closed, nor the BBQ since it was not yet available...which was unfortunate, given the great weather.) Would recommend and return!

Un endroit calme et situé près de magnifiques plages

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! Merci à Tom d'avoir toujours été très réactif à nos questions.

Beautiful stay

Tom’s cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was very convenient to get to the beach as well as easy access to good restaurants. Tom was very communicative and we experienced a stress-free, easy long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

Varför värden valde detta boende

If you love the beach, taking a dip in the pool after sitting on the beach, dining and shopping then this is the perfect place for you. It is centrally located which makes exploring the Cape much easier.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home has it all. The beach is only 130 steps away. The waves can be heard from the deck and there are beautiful sunsets. We love walking to downtown Hyannis which is only a 10-15 min walk. We visit the many shops and enjoy the many dining opportunities that the area has to offer. There is a pool onsite for an after the beach dip and we love to fish while the sun is setting. The Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is nearby and makes for a wonderful day trip.
