Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean on the inside of the home. Just wish the up stairs apartment had its own outside sitting where someone cold grill out side. The shared front porch was very nice. Over all I would stay here again , but next I would try and get the downstairs apartment do to my physical condition .

Great location, Clean place, Walkable to most key areas.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and walkable to the riverside and to Fortsyth Park. The place had high ceiling which was nice and made the place look big. The beds were clean and cozy. While the place was good for a short stay there were a few basics missing. They did not have enough kitchen amenities. Also the TV was very small. The pictures showed the place as a lot newer than it actually is. The place though has a lot of potential.

Georgian Grove Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed the location in proximity to the park. I wish I had looked more closely at the photographs because it does have a very treacherous and incredibly steep staircase, which did a good job of reminding me that I'm getting old. On odd thing about the property is the many locks on all the doors, which my child decided to use to look himself into his bedroom and the living room area and it took awhile to talk him through letting us in! The heating vents spewed black soot and dirt on the beds and the kitchen table. I had to call multiple times to get the check in code for the stay and didn't get it until the morning of! I had stayed in Lucky Savannah properties before but this one wouldn't be my favorite.
