Uncomfortable surroundings

Well, I would like to tell you about our stay but we were so uncomfortable with the surroundings of where the building was located that we did not even go into the place to see what the inside look like! We ended up going to a hotel and that’s where we stayed for the weekend!

Updated and clean 2 bedroom rental

The apartment was clean and pretty well furnished. It's not as close to downtown as we thought so we took Ubers often. The neighborhood was quite noisey at night. Generally, everyone seemed friendly but as 3 ladies traveling to the area, we were warned from Uber drivers not to go to the other side of MLK.

Great Stay!

The location was a bit iffy, it was directly on street side but it wasn’t as noisy as you would expect due to the closeness of the highway. Overall we had a great experience and the cleanliness of the apartment was top tier. If traveling without kids and location isn’t an issue then I would recommend this apartment.

Savannah Getaway

The building is nice , however, it’s across the street from low income housing. We had a VERY hard time getting into the lockbox to even get into our rental. It took over 30 minutes with 2 of us talking to Vacasa. The lady (Mary) next door was very helpful in the process, as she has had to help other people get into the building. When inside, the chair lift did not work. We are all ladies in early 70’s with problems lifting heavy weights cand doing stairs so that partly why we picked this building. Luckily, two guys who were rented the unit across from us were nice and carried our luggage upstairs for us. Other than not being in the best location, it was very close to downtown Savannah. The parking was just a grassy area behind the building. The unit itself was clean and well furnished. It definitely could use something other than sheers on the windows in the living room/dining area as people can see in. Also they could have left more towels and washcloths!!

Great place, Ok location, Ok parking

The location is not the greatest spot but it is a beautiful place inside and lots of room. Parking is behind the building in a grass lot. I hope they change out the lock box as it is not working properly and I had to pry it open after unlocking it.

Great place, just too noisy.

Good option for larger group visiting Savannah. Location on a busy street corner without any barriers/greenery means you hear all the street noise. Folks like to play their music loud and proud there.

Would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my 2 daughters and me. I woke up every day and took a morning stroll to Forsyth Park which was less than 10 min away. We loved walking around seeing all the beautiful houses in the area and down to Savanah Pops (more than once!). Parking was never a problem with ample parking in the back of the house and in front. The handicap lift was so nice when my knees didn't want to work anymore. Inside the house was beautiful and spacious. It felt brand new and we would love to come back. My girls already have a plan to come back with a family friend and have them stay at the place right across the hall so we can go back and forth.
