Vår lägenhet har platt-TV, skinnmöbler, helt nya sängar, färska måla, nya rostfria vitvaror och mer. Våra däck har utsikt över poolen, men är snyggt avskilt av lönn träd för privatlivet. Att vara på tredje våningen ger en mer rymlig däck och lägenhet. Stor plats i den populära Restaurant Row. Dessa lägenheter ligger bara 3 miles till Barefoot Landing, 2 miles Outlet shopping, 1 miles till Calabash bufféer och inom steg till Ocean Annies, Finn McCools, Biminis, flip flops och Harry Hatt. Excellent location with so much to do in surrounding area.

Took small group of church men on a weekend retreat recently. Accommodations were very good. Would recommend this propert highly.

Nice stay overall.

We enjoyed the balcony. Sunny all day. Only problem were the stairs to the third floor. Being older we would prefer lower level.

Post Hurricane Stay !

First time renting Brads condo and will definitely be back again ! Brad was so accommodating With the threat of the hurricane during our week ! Location was awesome - close to beach and several local bar and grills!

Great location to the beach, shopping and dining.

This is the 2nd time staying in this unit. The condo if very roomy and clean. We had a great stay and the location of the unit is perfect for what we like to do. The walk to the beach is short and the dining and shopping are close by. We will stay again!

Highly Recommend

We had a great stay. I would suggest better pots and pans and the knives being sharpened and a better vacuum but other then that we were very happy with the accommodations. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful place

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. 6 min walk to the beach. 4 min drive to all the stores you ever need and 10-15 mins to the boardwalk. Great neighbor hood

Excellent Stay

Stayed here in September 2015. The condo was in excellent condition with updates as noted. This is our 4th time staying at Shipwatch Pointe and this is the by far the best condo we have stayed at within Shipwatch Pointe. The owner, Brad was great to deal with and timely with responses. We will definitely rent here again.

Relaxing Week

We have stayed in this condo now three times. The condo is very clean and lots of room to relax. The kitchen is nicely stocked for all your needs. The location of the condo is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and short drive to shopping and dining. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Quiet Corner Unit!

We stayed for the month of February. It was absolutely peaceful and a beautiful view every morning off the balcony! The home was clean and well stocked! Brad was easy to reach and communicative! Never have I enjoyed a place so much! Just a short walk to the beach, minutes away from anywhere you need to be. Location is perfect!

Awesome

We just got back from our stay and we had a wonderful time. The condo is a block away from the beach, and all other attractions (Ripleys, Wonderworks, Boardwalk) were not even 20 mins away! There's also alot of restaurants and grocery stores about 2 mins away. We would definitely return and Brad was very helpful to us. Thank you very much :-)

A quick walk to the beach

A quick walk to the beach. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and make coffee. I guess the only complaint was how very loud the dryer was and how it took forever to dry clothes. We would definitely return. 😃
