Great access to all the lakes area has to offer. Plenty of room to spread out. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved the nearby trails.

Had a nice stay, the property was nice, lots of wildlife. A bit lacking in towels for the number of bedrooms. We would stay here again.

Family vacay

Overall stay was good. Property was a little dusty and some cobwebs on the kitchen cabinets and dust balls under the upstairs bed.

Quiet and so peaceful! Loved the deer and turkeys that wandered through. Spent the day on the patio when we got sun, enjoying the cooler weather. House was really nice. Had a few issues but they were addressed by the host immediately. Definitely thinking of renting again next year as there is sufficient room for car, boat and pick up. We had a lovely time!

This airbnb is located in a beautiful setting. We kept joking they had Bambi and it's family on payroll because they kept coming by every day. Our kids loved that. Overall the place is nice, but not sure it's worth the money and also would not recommend to a family with little kids (babies and toddlers). The main reason for that is that the house has 2 bathrooms with showers only, also with no detachable showerhead which made it extremely hard to give little kids (1 and 3 year olds) baths after fun at the lake. It was decently clean and the communication with the host was great (we reserved and paid for a pack & play that wasn't there when we arrived and they quickly brought it over which was highly appreciated). The first morning after our long trip these tired parents desperately needed coffee, but the house had no actual coffee maker even though it was listed in the amenities. We brought coffee and coffee filters just to find a Keurig, no complementary Keurig pods (which is fine, but we would expect for the we are paying that you provide a reusable K cup or just say "no coffee maker, bring your own K cups"). The entire house also has 1 dresser for clothes, no iron or a steamer, also no hangers for the clothes in any of the three bedrooms which was pretty frustrating as they listed hangers in the amenities.These may not be necessarily deal breaking things to some people, but definitely something to be aware of. There is room for improvements.

This property was decorated beautifully and we liked the nature setting. As nice as it looked, it just wasn’t functional for us. The ceiling in the main bedroom was extremely low and we kept banging heads & shoulders. None of the bedrooms had closets and only one on the 1st floor even had a hook to hang clothes. We went to Walmart and purchased over the door hooks & hangers. The kitchen is equipped for more of a fraternity party than a family which I think is more common at this house. The bin was filled to the top with beer cans when we arrived. All plates & cups except for coffee mugs are black plastic. We went to Walmart to buy things to eat off. No cooking knives either.

Thank you for the review. There are luggage racks at the property. The owners wanted to maximize the room sizes and sacrificed the closet space for short term stays. There is a knife block at the property now and the kitchen well equipped for short term stays and entertaining. Garage was taken to the curb to pick up one day into the stay.
