This cozy retreat offers two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, plus a queen pullout sofa on the lower level. The beautiful upstairs bathroom, complete with a shower, comes stocked with all the essentials for your stay.

Enjoy the open-concept living area, where the fully-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a breathtaking view of the golf course, perfect for a relaxing evening watching a movie or simply soaking in the scenery. Downstairs, gather around the spacious table for board games, card games, or to just unwind on the comfortable couch.

KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and ample counter space. It’s fully stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices, and oil.

FAMILY ROOM (Downstairs) – Relax on the large, comfortable couch downstairs or enjoy a board game at the table.

- Excessive alcohol usage, and any alcohol consumption by a minor under 21.

- Excessive Noise. This property is equipped with noise sensors. All noise must be
kept to a level respectful of the neighbors. After 9:00pm noise should not be able
to be heard outside the house. Lake Limerick Country Club (HOA) assesses fines for
noise and nuisance violations.
