This cozy retreat offers two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, plus a queen pullout sofa on the lower level. - Pets of any kind.
- All tobacco, smoking, illegal drugs, and controlled substances.
- Excessive alcohol usage, and any alcohol consumption by a minor under 21.
- Intoxication from any substance.
- Fires of any kind, including candles, incense, and outdoor campfires.
- Fireworks of any kind.
- Excessive Noise. This property is equipped with noise sensors. All noise must be
kept to a level respectful of the neighbors. After 9:00pm noise should not be able
to be heard outside the house. Lake Limerick Country Club (HOA) assesses fines for
noise and nuisance violations.
