Condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and also to cook meals. It was so nice having a cooler and big plastic containers for packing lunch to take to the beach. The AC worked very well. Condo is close to the main part of Kihei for dining and shopping. Arrival and departure were easy and communication with host was timely and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Koa Resort. Karen's condo had EVERYTHING we needed and more. From a well stocked kitchen to a chest full of beach toys, we were well taken care of. The bonus was having the freezer packs for the coolers so we didn't have to buy bags of ice every day. The condo was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with the kids as well as the board games when we were tired at the end of our busy days.Karen was a great host and always quick to respond to questions or requests. She was able to accomodate our travel schedule with an early check in and helped us when we left items behind as well. We hope to be back!

This was the perfect little condo for my husband, my sister, and me. Absolutely everything we needed was there, including coffee, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Loved that it has AC and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Condo was perfect for our weeklong stay in Kihei. It was clean, spacious, and had all the things that we needed for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out at the beach. There is beach access right across the street from the resort. The owners replied to any questions I had right away and made the instructions for accessing the property super easy.

Koa Resort

Had an awesome stay. Suite was perfect for our family, lots of room. Great location and the pool is outstanding. Really appreciated the gear in the box outside, plenty of items to use.

Comfortable and Convenient

Maui Spring Break Getaway

Great 2 bdrm condo in Kihei Maui. Close to the beach and the condo's amenities were great. The condo had everything including beach and pool toys, beach chairs and towels.Great place to relax and feel like home away from home.

Excellent condo

We had a great time staying at this condo. Beds were comfortable and it has plenty of beach towels, and a chest full of toys for the beach. It might have the best pool in Kihei. It has everything you need for your stay and I highly recommend staying here!

An absolute excellent spot to stay in Kihei! The condo had everything we needed from cooking supplies to sports equipment to things to take to the beach. Karen responded to my questions very quickly. We would stay here again!

Everything you need or want is in the area. Condo is perfect as a home base. Owners have put a lot thought into what the guests need to enjoy their stay. If in the area again, will definitely stay again 😎

Perfect place to stay in Kihei

We all enjoyed our stay here. Absolutely no problems, very spacious and the multiple AC units kept the unit cool and comfortable. Owners went out of their way to allow us an early check in, so we had a safe place to stash our luggage before heading to the beaches. Thank you!

Phenomenal value 2bed, 2 bath condo, loaded with amenities

Fantastic 2 bed 2 bath condo loaded with so many amenities, we didn't have time to use them all! Refreshing AC, quiet location, clean, very well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, snorkel and beach gear. Everything you need for a home away from home in paradise. Great value!
