Perfect location!

Wonderful central place for our family stay in Maui. Close to the beach, the mountains, and the pool was literally steps from our door! Had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Delightful stay

This condo was an incredible place to stay. We booked three in the same complex and it was wonderful to have individual space and also the common area to connect. Everything we could possibly need was available - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. The condo was comfortable and a very relaxing place to stay. Loved having individual air-con. We only used it in the bedrooms in the evening because it was nicer to have the doors open and the breeze blowing. Loved staying here and very much recommend this property.

Anniversary 2024

This lovely property is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable beds. Locate in a quiet area but easy to access anything in maui. Very windy when we were here, however the pool was wonderful substitute for a beach. Owner has everything you need for the beaches, clean unit, easy to communicate with owner. Would highly recommend this property.

Simple, clean and well equipped spot for a family of 4 in Kihei

Loved the accessibility to the whale sanctuary and Kihei beach. The better beaches were in Wailea but Kihei has a more cruisy coast town vibe which we liked. Beverly’s place was great for our 5 and 9 yr old, we could sit on the patio while they kicked a ball right outside (all enclosed and safe). Great stay all up!!

A perfect stay

The place was well maintained, and the host communication was excellent. Prior to check-in Beverly reached out and explained all of the key information about the property, amenities, and check-in process. Ideally situated we could not have had a better place to stay and highly recommend this to other travellers!

Family stay on Maui

The whole family enjoyed the rental. This property has really beautiful grounds and the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Both of which were good size. Walking across the beach to the street was very easy and we saw a number of sea turtle on the beach across the street. Host was easy to communicate with and overall we had a very positive experience.

Good vacation place

We stayed for couple of nights. Got a little difficulties in finding the properties since it is located close to another residential apartment, which accidentally shared the same apartment number of the rental. After checking in, our kids love the place a lot. It is next to the swimming pool, the beach, and even the city park where you can find lazy turtles on the sea walls. It is convenient to airport, and all snorkeling locations too. On our last day we did see a dead roach on our bedroom floor. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. In all, this is a great place and worth the price we paid. we would definitely like to come back in the future.

I’m still dreaming of maui

This condo was a great home base. It doesn’t have ac in the living area or 2nd bedroom so our girls struggled with getting hot at night. It is a very basic condo nothing fancy. It is clean and it did all we needed it to do. The homeowner provided chairs, coolers, sun umbrellas and some toys. We had a few minimal issues but the owner was very quick to respond and fix the problems. We never had any issues parking. It has numerous beaches right across the street. Perfect location for the price.

Fabulous condo in Kihei!

We had a girls trip on Maui (3 adults) for my sister’s 50th birthday and had a great time at the Koa Resort! This unit is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs, cooler, etc. Great location right by the pool…and perfect central location in Kihei as well. Beverly was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Comfortable stay for 4 in Kihei

Wonderful two-bedroom condo in northern Kihei. One king and one queen bed. My back can be pretty picky with mattresses, but we slept very comfortably. Kitchen and living room are spacious and accommodated our group of 4 well. Check in was easy. We were mostly out sight seeing, so we didn't use the amenities on the property. But the host provides snorkels, beach towels, beach umbrella - a great add to the value of the stay. Thank you for having us!

This is a great place to stay! Everything you need. Easy access to local beaches and shopping. Nice central location to whole island. Communication with owner was easy with quick responses. Lots of beach supplies to use!

Everything Was Perfect!

Beverly is such a kind and responsive host! The place was well stocked (more than I thought it would be), the WiFi worked well with multiple devices at a time, and the pool is perfect for little kids, up to teens and adults. We also loved that they had beach toys and inflatable life jackets for the littles. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to be back!

Condo was comfortable, appreciated the Tommy Bahama chairs and coolers to use. Pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. Nice location and felt safe. Nice neighbors too.

Everything we needed

We had an excellent stay at the Reck's condo I'm Kihei. It was cozy and equipped with everything we needed including a Cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and a couple boogie boards. We also really loved the location and enjoyed morning coffee on the beach across the street and easily went for morning runs in the neighborhood. The pool was also fantastic. Would stay here again!

KOA resort

Overall very nice place to stay. Clean spacious inside, pretty well stocked with your everyday staples. Although we didn’t find scissors. Only thing that needs attention is the doors. A little weather beat. But we definitely would rent again. Getting in contact with owner was easy. Luckily we didn’t have to make contact for problems, because we didn’t have any, but simple questions was easy to ask.
