• Patio accessed through the bedroom and living room with outdoor table and seating. The treed view is peaceful and private and you can hear the sound of the stream adjacent to the building.

• Parking: Guests are allowed to park one car in the heated parking garage. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options.

• Ski-in/ski-out location directly at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window (Blue Sky ticket office)

Simple, contactless check-in and check-out! We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

> Located directly next to the Snowflake lift and across the street from 4 O'Clock ski run (both are open dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season)
> Next to hiking and biking trails in the summer, including the, easy, beautiful Sawmill Reservoir hike where moose can frequently be seen (please keep a safe distance)
> Directly next to the BlueSky Lift ticket office and Charter Sports ski rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!) Charter Sports will provide complimentary overnight ski valet if you rent through them.
> Directly next to the Snowflake bus stop where you can take the Free bus to Beaver Run, downtown or the base of the Gondola and continue on the Summit Stage (also free to ride) to Keystone, Copper or A Basin ski resorts

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning, most properties in the area do not have it.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
