Vårt bekväma 3 sovrum, 2 badrum + studie (w / inbyggd enkelsäng) hem är en fantastisk plats för din familj och vänner att samlas. Köket är fullt utrustat. Fixa allt från mikrovågspopcorn till en fullständig måltid. Vi tillhandahåller hemlagad kanelrullar på din första morgon. En 42 "TV sitter ovanför spisen med en DVD-spelare. Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en 32 "TV. Den täckta verandan låter dig sitta ute och höra Fightin 'Texas Aggie-band spela på speldagen. Detta hem är varmt och inbjudande och vi skulle gärna vilja att du ska uppleva det vi har haft under alla dessa år som Aggies.

Great proximity to campus - it feels like an authentic home not the more sterile VRBO standard bland decor. Beth has her family and their connection to A&M and College Station proudly displayed. The kitchen is very well stocked so really all that needs to be acquired is food. 2nd year in a row staying here, 2 big Aggie wins!!

Home. Everything truly felt like home.We had everything we needed to make our son’s transition to TAMU smooth and beautiful. The home gave us a wonderful space to gather for family time in the evenings—just like we would back home.As newcomers to College Station, this place was truly a hub in Aggieland. The location was perfect- close to great local eateries, coffee shops, shopping, and even the Aggie bus stop. Having the bus nearby allowed our son to get comfortable with the system before starting his first semester, which was such a gift.This home, and the hosts, are true gems. One of the best stays

We have a great experience with Beth’s house. We are two families: 3 adults and 3 boys, and have a basketball tournament in college station. The house is perfectly located and the kitchen/pantry is fully loaded. Will come back again. Also thank you Beth for being flexible with our check out time.

Comfortable, Quiet and Had all Amenities

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. The quiet, close to campus, immaculate condition of the home made it an enjoyable stay. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the family room together. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. Parking in the driveway was easy and we couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was. Thank you for the home made cinnamon rolls, coffee and cream. What a treat our first morning! Would stay here again when we return to Aggieland!

Victorious Aggie Weekend

Our family from as far away as Norway joined up on Charles Ct for a memorable and comfortable stay! The pantry and kitchen are amply stocked for foodies. The beds are most welcoming, and the bathrooms have ample toiletries! This is a definite repeat!

Aggie football weekend

Our family enjoyed the comforts and cleanliness of Beth’s home. The space was perfect for 3 couples getting ready for the football game and then for resting after the Aggie win and watching college baseball in the living room afterwards. We would book here again!

Great for a weekend with friends

Five friends had a great weekend at this home. It was perfect for our group. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the small personal touches - hello homemade cinnamon rolls! I would definitely recommend staying here for friends, couples, or families.

A perfect home for our family weekend!

Beth was very responsive and communication was superb during the entire stay. The home was perfect for 3 couples and had room for a few others. We enjoyed the space in the living room to enjoy watching sports on TV together. We used the outdoor charcoal grill that was perfect for our steak dinner night with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room at the table and bar. We would definitely consider rebooking this location for a future trip!

Excellent game day stay!

Very homey and comfortable house with plenty of room, including a nice backyard. Our 3 year old had a great time. Perfect location near the bus stop to get on campus for a football game. The hosts are very kind and so accommodating. Would definitely stay again next time we are in college station!

Home sweet home away from home.

If your looking for a place that will really help make your stay feel like you are at home.. this is the place!! The owner Ms Beth.. takes care to not just give you a rental place but a homey inviting place. From the personal touches around the home…(that are not overbearing).. that’s exactly what it is.. not just a rent house but a home. Everything you need .. anything you can possibly think of that you may need is there. The space is perfect, beds comfortable.. main bathroom so spacious and easy accessibility for elderly parents we were traveling with.. the beautiful kitchen … wow!!! with open floor plan was a great place for our family to gather to celebrate an A&M graduation. And talk about location… mere minutes from the campus where we needed to be… H‑E‑B literally around the corner.. no need to drive to far or wander around driving looking for anything. Perfectly located. Ms Beth was so gracious and easily accessible for any of our needs… oh and can’t forget the “welcome cinnamon rolls” she left for us. The Christmas decorations in the home made being away from our home during this time of the season not as hard. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! I haven’t even given all the high points of the house.. but it was Totally above my expectations. My whole. family loved it!! It’s perfect!!

Great location for visiting Texas A&M

First of all it is such a well put together house to stay in with a lot of little details such as old books placed aroung the house. It was very comfortable and spacious. There are a few items in the pantry that come in handy spices etc... along with a fe condiments in the fridge. We left a few items for future guest to use as well. It was a great place to relax an unwind after a long day touring the campus and after the game on Saturday. Hiighly recommend the location for game day as it is a very short walk to the Aggie bus which will take you to campus for the game - and it is free for all on gameday.

I graduated from A&M in '81, met my husband here and we haven't left!! Our three kids are all A&M graduates, now married with kids...hopefully future Aggies! We raised our kids in this home and we LOVE how close it is to the A&M campus!! My husband has worked the A&M football games for 30 years as radio engineer and retired recently from working the games. We shared our home on VRBO from 2013-2014 until we were called to take care of my mother in our home. She has since been promoted to her heavenly home, so now we're once again able and excited to travel more and share our home for others to get the chance to enjoy the spirit of Aggieland as we do.
We also rent out our “tiny house” inspired garage apartment. It’s also rented through VRBO, so check it out! VRBO # 1050050.

This property is central to everything!
We are on A&M's shuttle bus route, just 1/2 block from our front door.
Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and campus.
Lemon Tree Park is just around the corner from our house. The nature trial leads all the way to our city pool.
A good place for morning walks/jogs.
We have experience hosting on VRBO, and enjoy sharing our home.
