Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Grand Cayman. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and great views. On calm days, we could snorkel right from the property’s beach, which was perfect.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, it was a relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

Great Location on quiet beach

Perfect spot at the end of seven mile beach. Awesome views! Hot water was somewhat lacking and the property has not been dusted in awhile. Would book again!

Great stay and beautiful setting

Loved the condo, snorkeling right out the door and pool. Had a wonderful vacation. Only draw back was the groups of local teens/kids that were out partying on the beach all thru the night (2 separate nights) and left garbage and glass on the beach. Condo had everything we needed and the property manager was very attentive to the couple things we needed help with.

Great location, unit needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location and grounds were wonderful, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The grounds were great and the pool area was amazing. The unit itself needs a lot of updates. We did have thousands of small ants everywhere upon our arrival, we called the manager and she did come out to view that evening. She left us with a can of bug of insect spray but that did not work, nor did she call for a follow up check in to see how we were doing. Needless to say the spray did not help at all. Midweek into our trip we found a cockroach in the living room that flew onto the kitchen counters. We did kill it but the unit was not clean. The bottom of our white socks were not white when simply walking around the unit. The furniture is dated and there is too much furniture inside the unit, it needs a deep clean and remodel update.

Perfection

Top floor unit, right at the end of the complex and overlooking the ocean. Couldn’t have imagined better. Quiet complex, convenient location for walking around. Janice was great to deal with. Highly recommend this spot. There is a bit of a beach and ladders into the ocean.

Six days on Cayman

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: George Town Villas worked out really well for us. Third floor oceanfront unit. Unit was clean and fairly maintained. Bathroom was a little rough but I suspect that's island workmanship for you. The primary couch was oversized, misconfigured, and so uncomfortable...your *** just sinks to the floor. I get this is someone's rental beach property but spend a few bucks on a couch that actually fits the condo and is configured properly for the space. Pool area is nice and quiet and well maintained. Appeared to be pretty decent snorkeling off the beach, but we were there to scuba so we didn't do any snorkeling. Having a car was nice and there was plenty of parking at the George Town Villas. If I went back to Cayman, would I stay at GTV? Yes, perhaps a different unit though....a horrible couch makes it tough to relax and take in a Championship football game...GO BLUE.

Perfect apartment for us!

It was my husband, brother, and I for 8 days. Location was perfect for us since I wanted to be close to Sunset House for my underwater photography lessons with Cathy Church, and also wanted to be close to Camana Bay. This property suited all of our needs. They provided plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels…. Even though the refrigerator seems a little dated, it makes great ice! We had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend this unit and complex.

Summer stay

We had a week in this condo, it was clean and the management was easy to contact. The bedrooms, kitchen and bath were all as described. Great view from the porch, a nice spot to drink coffee in the morning and listen to the waves. A few issues with it being dated - pots and pans in poor condition, no laundry basket, no towel holder on bathroom wall. Nest thermometer was really out of whack, kept going up and down by itself. Also there is no beach in this area, it is all very rocky and crunchy. It's a good 15 minute walk to get to real sand. Pool is nice and views were good. Very convenient for a family of 4-5.

Nice week

Condo was clean, had a nice pool, and small beach. Property needs need furniture. Beds way to soft. You sink far down into sofa. A chair at the dining table broke (leg snapped off) when we sat down. Other chair had a loose leg. Sinks had hot water, but showers were lukewarm for some reason. Would stay again, but hopefully owner/manager buys new furniture.

Lovely but depends

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (4 adults and one 2 year old) had a 3rd floor corner unit with a great view. But there's no beach and even the adults had a difficult time accessing the water due to the coral and rocks. The kitchen was awful. poorly equipped, microwave door could not open all the way because of placement next to wall. Bedrooms comfortable. Old decor.

Gorgeous rental

Rental was very clean and location is perfect. Highly recommend, check in was simple and easy. Condo comes well stocked, and even had snorkel gear provided.

Wow!

We’re snorkelers and I can’t think of a more convenient location. I went out directly from the property every day- sometimes twice a day and there was always something new to spot. The pool water was a bit cool for my taste, but sparkling clean and refreshing. The unit was exactly as described and very comfortable for two couples unless you had too many cooks in the galley kitchen at once. We hope to return soon.

Favorite unit in GTV

Had a great stay in 318. Clean, quiet, and fantastic views. We love GTV in general but this unit is now our favorite. Great seating with great breezes. One word of prep before you arrive, there wasn't shampoo or shower soap (there was hand soap and dish soap) , so you'll need to bring / buy your own. Not a big deal just know that if you arrive on a Sunday as most stores are closed. The floating noodles are fantastic for lounging in the ocean. All in all a great stay, we will be back!

Great Getaway on Seven Mile

We enjoyed the condo; it was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, clean and had everything one might need. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is beautiful, and often we were the only people at the pool. Snorkeling access is easy, and the views of the cruise ships are super! The condo and surrounding area were very neat and well kept, and the area was quiet and safe. There are many places along Seven Mile Beach to eat, and public transportation is easy and inexpensive. By the way, our favorite restaurant was XQ's which is an easy 5 minute walk away.... the chicken schnitzel is to die for! Cayman Villas was responsive prior to and during our entire stay .... they arranged to have Kirk's Market deliver our list of groceries the day we arrived. We would certainly consider staying here again.

September 2018 Stay

Relaxation in Paradise! We had the best time at this quiet condo, great views out of every window. On the top floor, the balcony is great for watching and listening to the waves. The location is great with easy access to everything. Snorkel at the wreck just down the beach for great fish views. Needs some minor maintenance. Don't be afraid to drive, just look right and drive left. Watch a YouTube video on roundabouts, it really helps. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!! The condo and Grand Cayman will not disappoint.

Overall a good place to stay, Internet stopped working half way through holiday

Overall enjoyed the trip, this was our fourth stay on Grand Cayman Due to sterling to U S dollar (and U S dollar to Cayman dollar exchange rate) found it a lot more expensive (also a minimum of 15% service charge is now also added to your bill automatically when check produced Cayman Villas (Noelle) kindly sorted our Ritz Carlton Sunday brunch booking - thanks However, internet stopped working half way though stay, Cayman Villas said they would contact property manager however no contact from property manager so no internet available on apartment so two guests have had to pay for access

Great View!! Peaceful ~

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the Villas....there were a few details that need to be updated/fixed but we would stay there again. It was awesome to be right on the ocean watching the sun and moon set and listening to the constant sound of the waves.
