Located just minutes from the famous Siesta Key Beach and Sarasota’s vibrant downtown filled with shopping, dining, and nightlife, you'll be close to it all. Enjoy free private parking, modern amenities, and a clean, safe environment. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this home is ready to make your stay unforgettable.
By booking La Casa Blanca Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood the rules listed below and you acknowledge that you may incur a fine if any of the rules below are violated.

| There is a long-term tenant located on the garage side of the home. The garage and left side of the yard are off limits to guests. There is a privacy fence to separate the spaces.

| Parking is on the left side of the driveway and the grass area. The right side is reserved for the long-term tenant.

| We allow 1 dog under 20 lbs only. If you are bringing a service animal, please provide documentation upon booking.

| Smoking is permitted outside the lania only. Please throw away the butts.

| There is not enough room to park a RV or boat trailer. Please do not bring to the property.

| There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

| If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

| Please crate your pets when you are not at the house. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one for you.

| Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. An extra cleaning fee will be added if fur is found in beds or on furniture.

| We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.

| We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the home.

| There is a $3,000 fine for smoke inside the home

| No loud music or noise is allowed past 10pm and please be courteous to the neighbors on either side.

| Any gatherings over the approved guests have to be discussed and approved prior to booking.

A Great Home for Exploring Sarasota

This comfortable property is exactly as listed and appears recently updated. It is located on a busy street of a older residential neighborhood but is very quiet inside. Although several restaurants are listed within walking distance, having access to a car would be best. That being said, this listing is a great place from which to explore the Sarasota area. The property manager is very responsive to any questions you might have.

The house was safe, clean and airy, most amenities were met, just a few things we would have liked to have had. Across the street neighbors had huge flood lights that were very bright that shined into the front bedroom at night, that prevented a good sleep. The host was very responsive and friendly. You need a car because shopping is not walkable.

Long term stay

My family rented this house for 3 weeks. This is a relative new listing as I think we were the 2nd or 3rd renter. The house has been updated well with new flooring and paint. The house is pretty well stocked with things needed for a long stay. We provided some suggestions to the property manager on items that would enhance future renter's stays. Communication was excellent and the 1 issue we had was addressed quickly. Would recommend.
