The bathrooms feature Mutina tiles, Phylrich plumbing with wonderful water pressure in all showers.

Centered in this home is the living area that features views of the pool, sectional sofa, large TV with streaming service access, desk space, and the original see through brick gas fireplace that separates the living room and kitchen.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $89 nightly or $445 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees.  

The house features a Bullfrog therapeutic spa that seats 7 people, that comes with a variety of massage seats, all adjustable in intensity. The spa comes with no extra cost to you, and is always on, courtesy of solar energy.
