The open-concept living room has a gas and wood fireplace and comfortable RH furnishings. The outdoor heated deck is the ideal spot to sip a beverage and take it all in. The main level also includes a king-size master bedroom with an ensuite bath, and double vanity. The second is a Queen size bedroom. Rounding out this main level is a full bath and laundry area with access to garage.
The lion’s share of the lower level boasts a massive family room with 2 person infrared sauna and tv area with gaming tables and a walk-out patio with in-ground hot tub on the covered patio along with a 40 degree cold plunge tank, and did we mention the views? On this level is a second queen bedroom and full bath in the hallway. Also, on this level, there is a double Twin bunk bed, a full bath, and a large theater room featuring cozy couch.
This home is just 25 minutes from Snowbasin Resort and a quick 10 minutes to Nordic Valley and 15min to Powder Mtn.
