Germantown is centrally located and known in Louisville to have the hippest local restaurants & bars, music venues, vintage shops & parks! Close to everything cool! And just a short distance to main entertainment spots on Bardstown Rd, Goss Ave, & Barret Ave.

Getting ready for the Ky Derby or any event is a breeze! Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with spa-like shower and all essential amenities such as towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and full length mirror. Both bedrooms have supportive medium firm queen bed complete with linens, pillows, extra bedding/blankets if needed. Blackout cellular blinds are in both bedrooms for the perfect sleeping environment and restful nights. There are Smart TVs, closets, dressers, and nightstands in each bedroom as well.
The open concept kitchen and living room area is great for reading in our comfy swivel rocking club chairs and streaming your favorite shows-spending quality time with your family and friends. 4 counter stools nestle up to the island for noshing and chatting about the days itinerary or spreading out your work station.
Free Hi-speed internet and washer/dryer in unit as well for your convenience.

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky! My husband and I moved to this neighborhood in 1997 and wouldn't live anywhere else in Louisville! We started hosting in 2017 as a side hustle and now have 8 homes in the neighborhood that we own and manage.
We love meeting our guests, hearing their travel stories, and telling them about all the great things to do and see and EAT in Louisville!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Germantown is steeped in history and is known for it's local vibe. We enjoy walking to dinner or riding in our golf cart around the neighborhood to local restaurants, shops, and events. The energy of the neighborhood is vibrant and active, always something going on but having this home as a hub can be relaxing after the day's events.

We know every nook of this house because we built it from scratch! We love the ease and comfort of this apartment. You can sit in the rocker/swivel chairs and look out the front window while you drink your morning cup and read a book or surf the web.
Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or just enjoy some coffee around the island with your loved ones.
Catch up on your sleep! Our bedrooms have blackout cellular blinds and curtains for a restful night's sleep.
We've provided all the amenities to host the most comfortable stay when you are here.
The parking pad in the back adds to the ease of "always having a spot". All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras.
We'd love to host your next stay!
