Florida rental

The house matched the pictures for the most part. There were some repairs and updating that should be done but overall it was a great deal for what I paid and what I wanted and more.

Poor host service and could not talk to anyone on the phone.

First of all, it was me and my family and my two toddlers we got to the front gate with the guard and they were saying we did not have a reservation in the system as we received a confirmation email with directions how to enter the home when we got there.We waited there for 2 1/2 hours and host never called back or text us. The traffic to get in and out of this property was very ridiculous. If you had a visitor that was not on the list of people that were staying there they had to park almost a half a mile away at the Publix parking lot and you had to pick them up in order for them to come through the gate (This is if you have family or friends in Orlando area). This was a nice home but the carpet was very worn out and really needs to be replaced. The carpet will not be able to be stretched as this carpet will rip that is how worn it is and upstairs carpet is a trip hazard. I reserved by paying $220 for four days for the pool to be heated and the heater to be turned on in the pool , and they came back a day later after I started complaining about the pool being cold and they said that the heater was broken and the part will not be available until after our stay. If I did not complain. I would’ve been out of $220 and a cold pool and they would’ve never said anything about the heater not working and I would’ve been out of $220

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I arrived on Friday, June 22nd and departed on Friday, June 28th, 2024. Upon arrival, the neighborhood and the appearance of the home was great. Inside the house there was a slight musky smell as if no one had been there for a while. There were small issues, such as a crack in the tile in the downstairs bathroom, the shower door was broken(maintenance came on Tuesday to repair the door in a short period of time) and the carpet in all the bedrooms had seen better days. We are a take your shoes off in the home family, but others are obviously not and the carpet shows the wear and tear. The entire place could use some updating. The pots and pans looks as if many people have used them and they are quite damaged. The showers could use some bars to hold in too, especially the downstairs master. It is extremely slippery and an older person could get seriously injured. The blinds in the windows look worn and have seen better days. The overall quality is not up to the standards of the neighborhood appearance. The website says it’s minutes away from Disney, but it took 40 minutes to get to any of the parks. We would definitely stay in that development again, but not that particular home.

vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our rental unit, the door code did not work. Our call to the weekend supervisor was answered promptly and we were given a new code to get in. The door code was changed another four times during our stay. We've never had that happen before and are unsure of the reason for it. It continued to be an inconvenience as each time that we were locked out, we had to turn our phone on, at an added expense as we do not have an American phone plan. We paid for pool heat not knowing that our pool had a leak and they were not filling it. We learned that from the pool maintenance crew. You really couldn't swim in the pool because the water level was so low. The house was good but showed signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend that rentals do not have carpet as it does not hold up to a lot of foot traffic. The kitchen was very nice. The dishwasher ran but did not clean dishes. We reported this to be fixed after our departure. This was one of the cleanest rentals that we have had in our many years of renting.

Not the worst/ could have been better

Giselle is great to work with! However, there was trash in the rooms, peeling paint, a child had written coco in several locations in the home. There is no cell coverage in the home nor was there internet or tv. There were roaches as well as some kind of flying ant looking bug throughout the home. AHVR sent someone out Monday, but responded within 24 hours of the issues. Giselle reset the internet and it worked after that…the tv never worked. Pay for the pool even in September.

Terrible

This property was extremely dirty. Nothing like the pictures shown. We had to wait an hour after check in time because the cleaners were still there. It looked like they did nothing. Crumbs all over the carpet. Syrup on the stools. Dishes were still dirty in the cabinets. I don’t think any of the bedding was even washed. We found old pizza crusts in the couch cushions, Dirty socks under the bed. A dirty bra in another couch. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. The pool was unswimmable. Algae and grime all over. Not to mention the trash all over the patio. The property managers were not helpful at all. They had someone come out to fix the pool heater a few days after we arrived(we paid for a full week of heated pool) but no one cleaned it. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this Vrbo. Very dissatisfied.

The house was not what we expected

The property had not enough towels and the fridge was not working well, the fridge was full of water around it. Someone arrived to the house to fix it but the water still coming out. We had older adults in the house and it was pretty dangerous for them to fall down because of the water. Also, the mattresses in all bedrooms were very uncomfortable. We haven’t stayed somewhere with such uncomfortable beds. Overall my family and I were really disappointment with the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. It was not very clean the bathroom in the bedroom off of the kitchen wasn't clean. The bedding on the bed in the upstairs master had a huge stain. Floors were dirty. Most all of the TVs did not work, I tried to reach out to someone and the phone just rang and eventually hung up, very hard to get a hold of anyone at the management company. I feel like this home needs a little TLC fresh paint and carpet would go a long way also new mattresses and more linens would be helpful. I would not recommend this property only because of the uncleanness and lack of response with the management company.

Best stay!

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was clean, in good repair mostly ( a closet door off track, and a wiggly handle). I would recommend this place and the management team. The team is helpful, kind, patient…. Never a bad experience! They rock!!!

Issues from the start

As we attempted to Check into the property at 4:37 P.M on July 13th we were unable to gain access so I called and the guy gave us a new code we tried that one and were yet again unable to gain access, called him back he said he’ll send someone out but didn’t know when he would arrive we sat for about an hr he came and said he had to come back because the door was dead. Let us in manually but stated how if we didn’t want to be locked out again someone would have to be in the house at all times which ruined our plans for the 1st night. Then the pool hadn’t been cleaned in i don’t even know how long as there were plastic cups, hair ties, bugs leaves and mold in the pool so I put in a maintenance request and called about our pool they said someone would be out the next day to clean the pool and yet they never arrived until the 17th (4th day being in the property) then the ice machine was not functioning properly as we had to go buy our own ice and the freezer wasn't working properly and all of our food was melted and or thawed out (we shopped for an entire weeks worth of food for a family of 16) No hot water in a few of the showers. Our wifi & Cable didn’t work until the evening of our 2nd day being there. No tissue except in one bathroom, The sheets in 2 of the rooms stunk like urine and had bright yellow stains on them. As many times as I had reached out to management Via Phone, voicemails, & emails & I have yet to hear anything back from anyone and my check out date was the 20th. I feel as if the hospitality, communication & accommodations were all horrible. The Neighborhood was Nice and close to everything.

Relaxing Vacation Stay

Enjoyed our stay! Nice and quiet community. My only complaint was acessing the entrance to the house. The instructions on how to open the door needs more detail. You actually need to twist the knob just below the key code (after hearing the noise and the green light indicator), then press the door handle to open. Other than the door, it's a decent home away from home stay!

Disney Vacay

All was great. Staff answered any questions I had. The bathroom shower in the queen suite on the lower floor had no hot water, due to pending maintenance, but it was really not a big deal as the house had other full bathrooms. I would definitely book this home again.

Favorite home we rented!

We rented multiple homes for our family coming to FL and this one was spectacular! It is large, the furniture is new and it looks like they fixed everything previously mentioned in other reviews, the home was spotless and their afterhours team helped us at 11PM. Great service! Will be back for sure.

So glad we chose this property

This is the 1st vacation I have planned with 3 families. We are foster parents when we booked this listing we only had 5 kids in our family, but by the time we were ready to check in we had a new addition. We traveled with a total 16 people 8 adults 8 kids our 6 plus niece and nephew. I missed the email that explained how to add the other adult to the list so they could get in the security gate I panicked a little because they were only 2 hours behind me it the security team and the at home rentals customer service team were amazing and helped me fix my mistake. The house it's self is not without some cosmetic flaws but I can overlook that because I have 6 fairly young kids I was just praying they didn't stain up the beautiful white chairs at the dining table. that being said we did encounter 2 issues one minor and one major. The minor issue was the dryer wouldn't work I messaged the at home rentals company through the app and 2 days later a new dyer was delivered and installed plus we were updated with every step. The major issues was a leak from one of the upstairs bathrooms thru to the downstairs living room. I notified the property team about this at the same time as the dryer but they also immediately took action to address it they had a plumber come out and assess what need to be done they fixed the leak but waited until after we checked out to repair the damage. Again we were updated every step of the way and not one time did they interrupt what we had planned or wanted to do. I had to leave vacation early due to our new little dude having medical issues and needing to be admitted in the hospital.they allowed the rest of our group to stay and check out at the appointed time. I say all of this to make this statement: If you want a beautiful perfect house this isn't that house but if you are a family needing a comfortable place to stay where you won't be worried, and have great customer service and support this is your place we all felt right at home. It's very close to Orlando attractions we plan to rent again next year when we do Disney if it's available. Thank to the property host, property management team, and at home rentals customer service team y'all are amazing you took a very stressful time for me and made it where everyone came out happy can't wait for our next visit!!!!!

Nasty! Unkempt! False advertisement!

My family and I are very disappointed sappointed with this rental.This is our 3rd visit to this community and this was by far the worst. The other 2 homes were very well taken care of, which made us want to come back. This home has put a very bad taste. The house was dirty ( spider webs, roaches, dust on headboards, stair railing, floor dirty in different areas, hair on plates already set on the table , dinning room chairs full of dust. A cleaning person was sent the next we arrived at 7pm without any cleaning solutions. We noticed her rinsing the dirty dishes without soap. The couch on the 2nd floor,play room and the white fake leather chair are falling apart We were unable to use them. The pool table was broken. The pictures use in vrbo are false advertisement. Most of the furniture are in deplorable conditions. As well as the pots and pans( burned , dented, scratched) . Management replaced them 2 days before our departure. We were promised the hot water on the jacuzzi to be turned on complementary but it never worked. We asked for some of our money back but out request was ignored. Do NOT stay in this house!! Do not go by the pictures! The house owners are just trying to make a profit without paying for the proper cleaning, upkeep of furniture and house overall. Do not rent this house! We didn't feel safe with lack of proper sanitation. We had to buy bleach and other cleaning supplies to clean ourselves.

Not Happy

Drove up to a yard full of garbage. Door code did not work even though after 4:00. Took a while before we were able to get someone to help. Dining room chair missing and was broken in the front yard area and was never removed .Wet towels and bedding were found in the drier. Upstairs couch was disgusting - fake leather peeling off. Refrigerator leaked daily and had to use a towel because the mop was filthy. Oven door did not close properly. Someone did come and fix it. Tried to fix refrigerator. Garbage was found under the beds. No dust pan, no big bowls, not pot holders, all of which should be available. The jacuzzi jets worked three days out of seven. Finally we were told a new pump was needed. No pool skimmer was available. Even though the house was not what was advertised, we kept it clean and probably was better than when we arrived. Two of the workers who came out to help were very pleasant, but I believe the refrigerator and jets needed more experienced people. The COUCH needs to be replaced..
