Detta strandnära hem erbjuder en öppen planlösning. Privat trädgård med grill och är den perfekta platsen att komma och njuta av livet!
Det finns ett stort kök med gott om skåp och mot rymden. Det finns plats för fyra. Köket är fullt utrustat med mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, och alla bekvämligheter hemifrån.
Solen rum har utsikt över den privata, inhägnad bakgård.
Det finns en inomhus tvättstuga.
I vardagsrummet finns en stor platt skärm t. v., stor soffa och kärlek sits.
Det finns två sovrum. Man har en dubbelsäng. Det andra sovrummet har två (2) enkelsängar. Båda sovrummen har en t. v. och stor garderob.
Badrummet har en ny toalett och fåfänga.
Hemmet har helt uppdaterad med ny färg, trä och kakel golv. Windows har nya inredning fönsterluckor. Nya takfläktar och mycket mer. Allt du behöver för att känna att du är hemma.
Detta hem är bara en kort promenad till bilfri stranden. Den östra änden av gatan leder till stranden. Det finns en park med toaletter. Den västra delen av vår gata leder till en offentlig fiske / kajak docka där du kan njuta av en vacker solnedgång. Shopping är precis runt hörnet och inom gångavstånd.

Arrangemang kan göras för barn föremål såsom en barnstol, pack-n-play, bältesstol och barnvagn utan extra kostnad.

the property was great for the two of us and our pets. We loved being so close to the ocean. Perfect size for us and easy to take care of. All the amenities we needed. Bobbi was so informative and helpful. And we also really liked Marsha. We were hoping to book again next year but looks like they already have renters. A great place to stay and would like to stay again.

Love Ormond-by-The Sea

Area is where we live to be because it's close to things we enjoy, not real busy, close to the ocean and river AND our dog loved the backyard. My favorite room was the dining room/sunroom. Hope to be back again. Property manager was super great to work with.

Live the fantasy of a seaside cottage

We needed a place to stay during the completion of our new home and this house fit the bill perfectly as our fantasy life. Great home, fenced in backyard, right next to the ocean, close to shopping and good restaurants. Lenny's pizza is a must. It slept 3 very comfortably. I will forever be grateful to the owners for allowing us to bring our pets during this transition. Unfortunalty our extremely old greatdane passed while staying here but he got to be with us until the end. Thank you for giving us that gift.

Some surprises and inconveniences

Some good things about my stay include: Good location to the ocean, and stores nearby. Dog park 5 minutes away. House was nice enough. Some things I thought were odd is that the vast majority of Windows do not open in the house. Most of the shutters on the windows are broken. There were two broken TVs in both bedrooms. But worst of all, unfortunately, the property manager had a disconnected landline listed as the phone number. Before I drove 22 hours to get there, I had no address and I had no contact with the property manager because they had listed a disconnected phone number. Even VRBO could not get a hold of them. I thought that this was a scam. Me and my husband had to Google the property manager's name for several hours until we reached someone in a phone number. It was then that I got the address to the property. I had to Google the property managers name for 3 hours until I I found a number that put me in touch with someone at the property this was incredibly stressful and needless. At the minimum, Property managers need to respond to email and have valid phone numbers when people rent their homes. The other issue for me was that, to know fault of anyone's, there was a bad thunderstorm and the TV had a power surge and broke down. An assistant of the property manager asked me to contact the cable company. Like why would I do that? I do not own the home I do not pay for cable, and I do not own any of the appliances.here were also three TVs in the house. Two TVs never worked and were non-functioning. The other TV broke down during a storm. Property owner or assistant told me to contact the cable company to get it fixed. I was also told that a beach umbrella was being shipped to the house but it never came and never arrived. So I bought my own. I have a feeling that the property manager's l family members take care of this property and are not really interested in doing so.

Delightful Beach House

We stayed at Ocean Shores for two months while waiting to move into our new home. The location is wonderful; one block to the ocean or the Halifax River and plenty of shopping, restaurants and services just 5 minutes away. Our pups loved the backyard and the Michael Crotty dog park (one mile north). The home is clean and comfortable with all the necessities and the neighborhood is safe and so quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Comfortable homey feel

We absolutely loved staying at this vacation house rental! A prime location -in walking distance to the Halifax river, the ocean and the dog park. The house had a very cozy, comfy & homey feel to it. It was perfect for us & our 2 small dogs. They loved it also. Would of liked to stay next year, but someone beat us to it......

Yearly trip to Ormond Beach

Perfect and so convenient

Well stocked, very clean, backyard was great for our jack russell emma and very quiet and private. Beautiful place to take walks and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. People are friendly. nice house in a great location

Thank you to Heather and Eric for their southern hospitality. Everything was as advertised. The house was nice (very clean!) and our little dog enjoyed laying in the sun in the back yard. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach and the local parks and river walk. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect!!

This home had everything we needed and more to make us feel like we were home!! Great location, nicely furnished and decorated, very clean and comfortable. Our two "four legged" babies really enjoyed the enclosed backyard. We are from an area where smaller beach homes are being torn down and replaced with McMansions so it is extremely nice to still be able to find a small home suitable for a couple or a small family!! Not all of us want to vacation with 30 of our closest friends/relatives!!! Thanks you so much for allowing us to visit your home and we look forward to our return in 2016.

We stayed for a month with our 10 yrs old lab. We walked down the street to the park and ocean and the other direction for the sunset on the dock. The people were very friendly waving and saying hello all the time. The fenced backyard was ideal for our dog as well as relaxing with our books. This beachside home and pet friendly was perfect for my church retreat. Home is well maintained and very clean. Homeowners addressed minor issues immediately. Everything I needed was within driving distance as well as beach. If traveling back to this area, I would definitely book this rental again and recommend this to friends and family.

Ormond Beach Adventure Seekers

We stayed here in May, 2014, and found this rental house to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. This modest bungalow is perfect for a couple or small family with easy access to the beach which is just a short walk away. The cottage contained basic accoutrments for cooking and the preparation of meals. Everything that you might need is thoughtfully provided within the house. The beds were comfortable and laundry facilities were conveniently located near the carport. Many, many good restaurants can be found within a mile of the house. Try Alfie's who serves delicious buffalo burgers! Our oldest city, St. Augustine, is only 45 minutes north on A1A. Many great areas of the beach can be accessed within two miles of this location. The owners answered any questions we had. We would recommend this rental to any of our friends and relatives; in fact, relatives from Minnesota may enjoy this home before the end of 2014. This is a very nice, quiet place for a weekend "get-away" or for a longer stay near one of the nicest areas of Florida's coastline!

Clean and cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. It was very clean and well-kept, and close to the beach and grocery store. The kitchen included the basics as far as kitchenware goes, but we didn't really cook much aside from breakfast. My complaints are pretty minor - the queen size bed was not very comfortable (too soft) and I didn't like the crinkly sound of the pillows which had a sort of sanitary liner under the pillowcase. Also, the living room light switch situation is a bit odd. However, I consider these minor issues and it wouldn't prevent me from staying here again. Thanks again for sharing your home.

Winter 2014

Rental was lacking in many areas for long term occupancy. Kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised, bathroom has no electrical outlets, house has very little direct sunlight so very dark. The lanai has a table and chairs for eating but no comfortable seating. Short walk to beach area but have to walk across a very busy road to get there.

We appreciate the input and the opportunity to continuous improve our property. We do have 24-7 guest support doing everything possible to provide the best possible vacation home. We have replaced the blender. The kitchen is equipped in the same manner as our home; however we do provide any additional kitchen tools and appliances at the request of our guest. The glass sunroom provides a great deal of sunlight. Actually we had to add some UV shading to calm the intensity of the afternoon sun. We provide both inside and outside chairs for our guest's comfort. The property is in walking distance of the beach; however, we do have to cross AIA. The intensity of the traffic flow is controlledt by the traffic lights on AIA and also due to the public park directly across the street. This makes it safe to cross the street - also drivers are very curtious along this road and do comply with the reduced speed limit. This property was built in the 1950's - we have upgraded and modernized many aspects (electrical wiring, overhead fans, wireless internet, etc.) but have choosen to leave some of the "atmosphere" such as the bathroom fixtures for that era - for effect. We encourage our guests to bring their family and their pets - My family and pets love every minute of our time spent at this property. The salt air from the ocean reminds me of my youth on Cape Cod. The beach is safe and fun -although the yard is fenced - our pups love the areas available to walk and also the local dog parks. We pride ourselves on our design and the provided extras but also on our efficient and effective response to any request. We love the property and enjoy our time near the beach -- we want this experience to be just as enjoyable and relaxing for each and every guest. Thank you again for sharing these opprotunities for improvement which have been addressed and are now ready for our next guests.

Great Vacation

My family spent the July 4th week at this fantastic home. The house is clean and the neighborhood quiet. A great beach is only a five minute walk from the house and it is close to a major super market and several restaurants. I couldn't have been happier with the time we spent and would happily return! Eric was easy to communicate with and responsive to my concerns prior to my arrival. This is the perfect spot for someone looking for a beachside getaway!

We purchased this home to use as our weekend get away. We live in Orlando and getting out of the craziness and escaping to the beach has always been a goal for us.

We love the traffic free beach in Ormond-By-The-Sea. This home is just a short walk to the beach and we love having Tom Renick Park at the end of the street. Ocean Shore Drive is a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

We chose this home because of its location and the layout of the home. We are close enough to attractions but just far enough away to have the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the beach.
