Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Saw manatees and dolphins while sitting on the deck. The condo is comfortable and stocked for convenience. Close to so much. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Fantastic Location and Great Views!

The condo is large and easily accommodated our group of 4. It was well-stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, and beach gear. It's an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants and Pier 60. The view off the balcony is wonderful and was the perfect spot for Fourth of July fireworks! Clearwater Beach itself was a little busier than I prefer, but if I ever find myself back in the area I would stay here again.

Location, Location,Location.

Loved this condo. We are renting it again next year. Location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Only downside was (is), it could use a deep clean. It was not dirty by any means, but the base boards, the doors, the area rugs and windows could use a cleaning.

Apr2023 CW Beach Stay

Had a great time at the Harborview Grande. My wife and I travelled down with my brother and his wife. We had plenty of room in the condo, well appointed and it was clean. We were located in great spot that is close enough to the beach, the restaurants, shopping, Pier 60 and the 2023 Sugar Sand Festival.

Loved staying at this condo!!! We got to see dolphins swimming in the marina right from our belcony!!!! Plus, Taco Bus n the 18 hole mini golf across the street is a must!! Excellent location!! Thank you!!

The condo was very clean. If you are pool people, the pool is small and shaded til about 1:30 in the afternoon. Matresses in 2nd and 3rd bedroom need updating.

Great condo

This property was overall very good. It is a great location and very spacious. Our only problem was that it wasn’t as cleaned from previous renter. There were dirty tissues in the laundry basket in master and some towels in the dryer. However, we had a great stay and would rent again.

Great location and a huge condo with plenty of space. We did have a slight problem with the front deadbolt and the handle on the slider doot wall . One phone call was all it took and the management handled it professionally and quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book for 2024 !!!

No access to gym or activity room on arrival

Unfortunately we chose this condo specifically for the reason that it offered an activity room and exercise room and no access was provided and when we asked about it we wete told that they would get back but never did therefore we would have chosen a different condo as we book every year for the past 17 years. Location was very good .

Perfect Stay! Excellent Location!

Great location just a 10 minute walk from Clearwater beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very large. One closet was full with beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. We cooked daily and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Our toilet got plugged and there was no plunger in the unit; management had someone there in a matter of hours to fix it. Pool and hot tub were small but nice. Parking was easy and conveniently located just below the unit. We enjoyed many evenings out on the quiet, spacious balcony. We are already planning our stay for next Christmas - likely in the same building!

Great location!

I knew this location would be phenomenal and it was! The condo, however, was nice but very dated and not very clean. We loved the balcony and spent alot of time out there. The most disappointing thing was how small the pool was. If you didn't get there before 10am you never were able to get a chair. With as many condos that there are in the building the pool does not even come close to accommodating all. Another suggestion would be a wagon of some sort to assist guest in bringing up luggage, groceries, etc.

Beautiful place .. great location

The place is in a great location .. it very pretty . Everything you need .. but the place was filthy . We cleaned it . Tub looked like it had not been cleaned in months .we cleaned it very good . Under the brad the beds was disgusting . Fans have inch thick dust in them . We loved the condo , but should not have to clean it at check in . The pool is definitely too small for all the condos . But that’s not a deal breaker . We are there for the beach . Overall we had a great time . But the cleaning needs to be better

Nice place, but not clean.

Unfortunately this property did not live up my my expectations of what a 4+star rating should be. It was not clean. Hair on the sheets, mold and musty smell in the bathrooms. Location was good! I contacted the owner prior to writing this review to see if he wanted to discuss my concerns, however he did not seem to want to. Unfortunately I have to leave this low rating.

Love it but could use a few things

What a wonderful place for a family to stay, very nice condo! Location was great walking to everything. Things that need suggesting! The 2 bedrooms have terrible mattress soft and rolling to center. Needs replacement. Could use a new broom and dust pan. The 2nd bathroom was not the cleanest. Would be nice if you had cleaning supplies on hand so we could clean ourselves from week to week. The dryer is going out needs multiple cycles to get things dry.

Review

Very nice place. Needed a better broom, strange but when you have all that sand you need a decent broom. The top was just metal, and I cut my arm on it. The bottom was smashed and dirty like it was 10 years old. The umbrella provided was broken and they brought us a new one right away! The worst part was the walk. I knew there would be one, but with a baby and carrying all the bags and chairs and umbrellas it was exhausting by the end of the day. We started driving and dropping off due to the parking being expensive and taken every day. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and we had a great family vacation!

Great condo, great location, but problems

Location and condo overall are great but encountered issues during our stay. WiFi was not working when we checked in Saturday, and notified by manager. Told would be fixed Monday…I contacted mgmt and they questioned me about the appointment? Sorry. Not my responsibility. Appt scheduled for the following day, could not be repaired until Wednesday morning. Mgmt did give service recovery with complimentary tickets. Encountered dirty dishes, pans that were not cleaned (at all) broken light switches, a broken closet door..all things I reported as a problem. Was this suite not inspected before our arrival? Or am I just too picky?

Great location, would stay here again!

The location of this unit was amazing. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches, all within walking distance. We did a big shopping trip in town, on our first day at Costco and Publix, but there is a little market a couple doors down, which is very handy for the few little things you might need during your stay. We were able to stop there and buy more toilet paper, snacks, and things like that, when we ran out of them. The unit was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. better than any other unit I’ve ever rented. The living space was very spacious and the deck was large and wonderful for having coffee in the morning and playing games in the afternoon. The pool was nice and the hot tub was very warm which was important since we were there in the winter months. Looks good. Entering the parking area and condo were easily accessible and the instructions provided were very clear. The beds were comfy but a little saggy in the middle and they were extremely noisy. So noisy, that sometimes you could hear the people getting in and out of the beds, in the other room. The unit overall was clean, the only thing I that could’ve been better, was the floors. We had spilt a little on the floor and when we cleaned it up, our paper towel was black. Not a big deal, as it’s the floors, and the rest of the unit was clean. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location - needs some attention

We’ve stayed at this location twice now and the condo could be cleaner. The floor mat at the kitchen sink had dirt on it. It appears that they’re not sweeping the floor well and need to mop the floors also. There was toothpaste on one of the clean towels so we ended up washing all of our towels. The toilet was loose in the 2nd bathroom and started leaking along with loose threshold moldings throughout the condo. They sent in a repairman to fix everything and he was a nice guy. There were two people that had our lock code, opened up the front door and started coming in the condo. Luckily, we were at the condo. They had used a previous code to get in and we had to call the management company to get the code changed which I ended up doing myself to secure the property with guidance from the management company. The management company needs to check on their employees to make sure that their doing their jobs. We were offered a dinner cruise and that didn’t happen and probably was suggested to make us feel better about the issues that we had.
