Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Saw manatees and dolphins while sitting on the deck. The condo is comfortable and stocked for convenience. Close to so much. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Vacation

Location was great. Condo needs a thorough cleaning. Floors dirty when we arrived. Dust is very thick throughout condo. Heavy on walls, cabinetry, and closets. Elevators were not working properly when we checked in and pool was closed for repairs. We were disappointed and would not stay here again.

Fantastic Location and Great Views!

The condo is large and easily accommodated our group of 4. It was well-stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, and beach gear. It's an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants and Pier 60. The view off the balcony is wonderful and was the perfect spot for Fourth of July fireworks! Clearwater Beach itself was a little busier than I prefer, but if I ever find myself back in the area I would stay here again.

Location, Location,Location.

Loved this condo. We are renting it again next year. Location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Only downside was (is), it could use a deep clean. It was not dirty by any means, but the base boards, the doors, the area rugs and windows could use a cleaning.

Beautiful place .. great location

The place is in a great location .. it very pretty . Everything you need .. but the place was filthy . We cleaned it . Tub looked like it had not been cleaned in months .we cleaned it very good . Under the brad the beds was disgusting . Fans have inch thick dust in them . We loved the condo , but should not have to clean it at check in . The pool is definitely too small for all the condos . But that’s not a deal breaker . We are there for the beach . Overall we had a great time . But the cleaning needs to be better

Great location!

I knew this location would be phenomenal and it was! The condo, however, was nice but very dated and not very clean. We loved the balcony and spent alot of time out there. The most disappointing thing was how small the pool was. If you didn't get there before 10am you never were able to get a chair. With as many condos that there are in the building the pool does not even come close to accommodating all. Another suggestion would be a wagon of some sort to assist guest in bringing up luggage, groceries, etc.

Apr2023 CW Beach Stay

Had a great time at the Harborview Grande. My wife and I travelled down with my brother and his wife. We had plenty of room in the condo, well appointed and it was clean. We were located in great spot that is close enough to the beach, the restaurants, shopping, Pier 60 and the 2023 Sugar Sand Festival.

Great location and a huge condo with plenty of space. We did have a slight problem with the front deadbolt and the handle on the slider doot wall . One phone call was all it took and the management handled it professionally and quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book for 2024 !!!

Great location!

We were impressed with this condo overall. It was very clean. The balcony is big and gives a good view of the dolphins who come in to eat. We liked the furniture in the dining room and living room. The beds were very comfortable and being on the second floor was great, esp when the elevators stopped working. The reason we couldn't give it a five star was because this condo looks a little tired. The throw carpet in the living room had been swept but probably needed either a good washing or to be replaced. The baseboards need repainting and the bathroom baseboards in both bathrooms need to be replaced, esp around the showers. One of the chairs on the patio has a hole in it, covered up by a cushion The master bedroom closet door looked like someone had put their first thru it. However, Christine and Dan were great. When we couldn't get on the wifi, my call was returned quickly and I was given the correct one. The instructions in the plexiglass were incorrect. Also the closet door was removed and the tiny holes were painted the same day. Very fast and friendly response. All in all a great place to stay. A suggestion: Leave several laundry pods so people don't used dishwashing pods which can ruin your machine. We didn't have one so we washed a load without soap.

Very nice, but needs love

The condo is very nice overall. It is well decorated, and gives a good first impression. However, it is lacking in owner attention. The cleaning crew had left it sparkling clean for us, so we were excited for our stay. Unfortunately - there is a serious lack of information here. No one mentioned the elevator door code to us prior to check in; the internet information provided on the sheet in the unit did not work and seems to have been for another unit; there is no information binder with a property or area map; etc. We had no idea how to access the pool (unlabeled lanyards hanging in the unit) or where our beach access might be. As our stay went on we found small inconveniences that would be remedied if the owners spent any significant time there. The coffee maker did not work properly, some dining chairs were broken, the shower heads needed maintenance, upholstery needs cleaning, doors/drawers were in disrepair. The lights and fans in every room are confusing and attached to multiple switches and remotes…any help would be welcome (back to the idea of a binder?). As suggested, we tried to ask Alexa a few things, but she kept recommending places to buy fireworks, so we did not rely on her as a source of helpful information. The owner/contact was able to provide the correct Wi-Fi info and explain that the lanyards are for pool access, but overall communication was lacking. Simple fixes would go a really long way at this property.

Great location, would stay here again!

The location of this unit was amazing. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches, all within walking distance. We did a big shopping trip in town, on our first day at Costco and Publix, but there is a little market a couple doors down, which is very handy for the few little things you might need during your stay. We were able to stop there and buy more toilet paper, snacks, and things like that, when we ran out of them. The unit was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. better than any other unit I’ve ever rented. The living space was very spacious and the deck was large and wonderful for having coffee in the morning and playing games in the afternoon. The pool was nice and the hot tub was very warm which was important since we were there in the winter months. Looks good. Entering the parking area and condo were easily accessible and the instructions provided were very clear. The beds were comfy but a little saggy in the middle and they were extremely noisy. So noisy, that sometimes you could hear the people getting in and out of the beds, in the other room. The unit overall was clean, the only thing I that could’ve been better, was the floors. We had spilt a little on the floor and when we cleaned it up, our paper towel was black. Not a big deal, as it’s the floors, and the rest of the unit was clean. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall the property is excellent with its location, spacious, and view. It is also well equipped. However if the bath towels can be better cleaned (since we found hairs on them), it would be a plus. Thanks.

Great condo

This property was overall very good. It is a great location and very spacious. Our only problem was that it wasn’t as cleaned from previous renter. There were dirty tissues in the laundry basket in master and some towels in the dryer. However, we had a great stay and would rent again.
