Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has everything you`d need for a great Summer or Winter getaway - it`s less than 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe or Heavenly Ski resort! Highlights include multiple living rooms, large WFH loft, private hot tub, large forested lot for snow play and much more!

Important Info
→ After you book, we will message you for some additional info. Please check the app often as this is how we prefer to communicate before and during your stay. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement which goes over the local rental laws in more detail as well as our standard house rules. Thank you!
→ Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid 80s. We do provide fans.
→ Main level living room does not have a TV - TV is located downstairs in the second living room as well as in all bedrooms.
→ This home is not pet friendly.
→ The main (upper) level when you walk in has the living room, kitchen, large deck with seating, guest bathroom and master suite. From this level you can go up to the WFH office loft. Downstairs has the additional 3 bedrooms, guest bathroom and hot tub deck.
→ The total occupancy is for adults and does not include children 5 & under so extra kids 5 & under are welcome. Just make sure there are enough beds for the kiddos!
→ The electric vehicle charger in the garage is not for guest use. It is designed to work only with the owners car. Good news is there is a Tesla super charger station in Meyers 5 minutes away.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom located on the main floor.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed downstairs.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed downstairs.
Bedroom #4: Twin over queen bunk bed downstairs.
Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.
Checking In
You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.
Communication
You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
This home is right off Pioneer Trail in the middle of town so easily accessible and close to all of the fun! There are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby. You are less then 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, the casinos/night life, Heavenly Ski Resort and more!
Drive times to attractions:
Heavenly Mountain Resort - 15 mins
El Dorado Beach - 10 mins
Stateline/Casinos - 15 mins
Zephyr Cove - 25 mins
Camp Richardson - 15 mins
Sierra-at-Tahoe - 25 mins
Kirkwood Ski Resort - 45 mins
We recommend having a car. Other transportation options: Car, Uber, Lyft and local taxi. There are several hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Message us for details.

We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County`s Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In some extreme cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)
