Like to fish? Fish right in your own backyard in the deep water canal! Snapper, Hardheads and other species can be caught right from the dock! Look out for manatees! Bring your boat and be on the Atlantic in minutes with world class fishing year round. Like golf? Sombrero Country Club is just two minutes from the house. Bring your golf cart and you can keep it at the house and drive it straight there! If the Ocean breezes are keeping you from venturing out, this house is on the best canal network in Marathon. You can drive your boat to several great restaurants without ever venturing into open water, so even when the seas are not cooperating you can enjoy social time on the water. If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the canal network is among the best in the keys for that activity also. Paddleboard or kayak to Sombrero Beach! After your long days boating, fishing, golfing, biking, paddleboarding or kayaking, relax by the pool or get in the hot tub. You earned it!

Guests have access to the entire private home and surrounding property.

Pool and spa heating is an additional $200 per week excluding applicable taxes and fees.
This home does not allow pets.
Strict no smoking/vaping indoors or on balconies. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.

Cancellation Policy - Strict – 60 day
Cancellations 60 days before check-in receive a 100% refund minus service and cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 60 days of check in receive 50% refund minus service and cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 30 days of check in receive no refund.
All cancellations for confirmed reservations will incur a $100 cancellation charge.
