Great home and pool. Spent a lot of time fishing off the pier. Highly recommend this location and home. Great property management with lots of communication. Bring lots of bug spray!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The view looks like a postcard. The pool is gorgeous. Hot tub is great. The area is perfection. We loved everything about this place.

Wonderful and beautiful place!!

Enjoyed the easy check in and check out. House was beautiful and everything we needed. Great pool and hot tub. Wonderful covered porch out back with a great breeze. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy and relax. Located on a quiet street, we enjoyed feeling like we were in our own paradise.

Lovely week escape from Midwest cold

Great week of swimming and sunshine just before Christmas. Our adult kids very much enjoyed the location, house and pool / hot tub.

Great location and backyard

What a great location, right in the gulf and very private! The backyard with pool and hot tub were perfect. Great experience all around.

Great Place to Decompress

This house and property is excellent. We spent two weeks, and only left for groceries/drinks, and one trip out on the water.

Highly recommend this property

Great outdoor space. The pool, dock and kayaks are wonderful. Every day we saw beautiful fish right off the dock and one day a manatee showed up. The house has all the amenities needed and while feeling remote, stores and restaurants are just minutes away.

Morton street

This is the 4th year on Grassy Key, but first stay at this home. Property is in a wonderful location and perfect for a family getaway! Saw a variety of fish and a manatee! Seamless check in/ out as well as easy of access to property management!

Wonderful time at The Gulf-Front Refuge on Grassy Key

Beautiful property on the bay. The pool was perfect for small children. The house was comfortable and provided stunning views. Nice dock for the boat and fishing, there is a resident nurse shark that the kids love to spot. Kitty was very nice and available if needed. We will definitely come back!

5 o’clock somewhere…

Great house - tropical, fun vibe - good dock with plenty of water even at low tide. Beautiful views - doesn’t get direct sun which is great - sunsets were awesome on the boat! Enjoyed the changing hues of the gulf from the porch, dock and pool! Excellent trip!

Beautiful views!

The views inside and outside of this home are out of this world beautiful. We barely even left the house for the week since we had paradise down our steps. The host was very communicative and made sure to address any issues or concerns that we had.

A little piece of paradise

This property was wonderful. Very quiet, peaceful location and amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking and the grill great too. We saw lots of fish around the dock. Did I mention the view? Just gorgeous. Loved having the spa/hot tub option since we had a couple of cooler days. The pool was amazing the waterfall was a nice feature to have as well. We would 100% stay at this property again.

Awesome!

Beautiful, resort like property! We throughly enjoyed our stay. A week was NOT long enough. Loved the wildlife on around the place and the sea life under the dock. Great snorkeling right off the dock. Plenty of space in the house for our group of 4 and the wrap around deck was lovely. You just can't beat the Florida Keys for a great vacation. As other have said before, we were not fans of the check in/out process however, it's hard to complain when you are on vacation in paradise.

Great stay for week in the Keys!

All 5 of us had a wonderful stay in this home during Thanksgiving week. It is convenient to shopping, easy day trip to Key West and local attractions. We had plenty of room and loved the relaxed dining areas inside & out, and some of us lived in the hot tub & pool! We would love to stay again sometime, it was perfect for those preferring either a bit of shade or a lot of sun. The kayak was a plus and we used it to scout out the area from sea. The only negatives were ‘funky’ internet (but it worked well enough), and a few minor repairs that were needed. Very private and nice stay!

Party House Next Door

We had to call the Police for noise control a few times in the very large mansion next door. We could not sit outside three of the days we were there, as the music was unbearably loud. We will not stay again for fear of this happening again, but the place was wonderful otherwise.

Such a Great Family Vacation!

We absolutely loved our week long stay here! The weather was beautiful and the house was great! Our kids stayed in the pool all week and loved every minute of it. We brought our boat down from NC and the dock was perfect. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was trailer parking at the house as the driveway was too small and tight but we were able to park the trailer in the rental company’s trailer parking not too far away which was helpful. Overall such a great week and we would come back here no question!

Really enjoyed our stay

Right on Florida Bay is always a treat. Pool area was fantastic. Pool table was a fun addition. Located in a great neighborhood. The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 star was there was a lot of sea grass on or near the shore which smelled terrible when the wind was blowing in. Can’t do anything about that. I understand that but it was not pleasant at times. Overall, very nice place to stay!
