Welcome to Casa Tranquila. From the moment we first saw this property we loved everything about it. The incredible backyard from the pool and connected jacuzzi, to the dedicated BBQ dining area that's perfect for dining under the lights, and all the way on the other side with the comfy fire pit -- it's just breathtaking and so comfortable to us. Inside, we've worked to infuse the wonderful old Hollywood feel throughout the house, so enjoy all the black and white artwork and all of the mid-century theme. The kitchen has been fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and the garage remodeled into a dedicated gaming space -- enjoy!
Right away, we knew this would be the perfect vacation getaway for our family. We simply love Palm Springs and love our vacation home, and hope that you will too.

The Vista Norte neighborhood is great. We love our quiet cul-de-sac, and love being so close to downtown Palm Springs. It's so quiet that you can sit and enjoy listening to the birds chirping in the morning, and so picturesque that you can relax and enjoy the mountain views from anywhere around the house. And of course, there's no traffic, so enjoy the peace and quiet no matter the time of day. And when you're ready to be out and about, it's just minutes away.
