Come visit this one-of-a-kind home right at the heart of Apple Hill! With 10 acres and an amazing house, this property is the perfect place for your family and friends to relax, re-connect and have an amazing time.

The house boasts a large kitchen with a 12-foot island, two dishwashers and oversized fridge and freezer in an open style room with the dining and living rooms. On each end of the house is a large, beautiful master bedroom with a king bed and a circular staircase up to a loft with a day bed with a trundle bed. Each room with their own luxury bathroom attached. But the most spectacular feature of the main house is walking through the sliding glass doors straight into an oasis with an indoor pool and custom grotto! Floor to ceiling windows and doors allow you to be up close with the pool but with the comforts of the home surrounding you.

The pool area has gliding panel doors that allow you to open the back of the house giving you an option for an indoor or outdoor atmosphere. Once you step outside the pool room you have the option of the covered hot tub or wandering over to the sports court to play pickle ball, basketball, volleyball or badminton. Or you can venture around the 10 acres while playing on the professionally designed 9 hole disc golf course!

Nestled right near all the Apple Hill farms, this vacation property is the perfect place for your home base during your trip. Only 60 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 5 miles to Jenkinson Lake and a small drive to Placerville, We welcome you to come enjoy the wonderful features of this vacation property and hope you have a spectacular time!

BEAUTIFUL property

This place is BEAUTIFUL. This is a great place to have any family event or to just get away. I loved that the gameroom/kids bedroom was a few yards away from the main house. And the decor and design was amazing. And the indoor pool was beautiful, even though it was too cold to enjoy.If I can give any constructive criticism it would be to have a book that has instructions on the complicated items like the WiFi password and how to control the pools features and please make sure you have a wine opener on the property lol. Also a guy came by (a neighbor I’m assuming) looking for a black dog. The problem was, instead of knocking he just decided to open the door and ask us did we see his dog. The lady’s were a little uncomfortable with that.We did see his dog running around later, which at least confirmed that there was actually a dog that he was looking for. But overall, it was a great time and would definitely come back again.
